Great video. Can you explain the difference between a form and a survey builder? What use cases make one a better option than the other? Both have the same options on GHL.
Thank you for your comment. I understand your confusion both are used to collect data. A form is used to collect lead data and can actually create a contact in the GHL CRM. A survey typically is sent to an existing user to gather additional information. The survey can have multiple slides with logic built in it to determine which slide to go to based upon user response. The form just has one screen to gather data and no logic based upon user choices. Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply. Any non-standard fields in the survey would be recorded under the contact record for the person who submitted the survey. Where the custom fields shows under the contact record depends on where you setup the custom field. But in short its under the contact record.

Great video, Ray. How can I find the name/email of the person who filled out the survey?
Have a workflow with trigger survey completed and create a task or send your self an email with the contact info.
if someone explains what the business could have done better, where would the business owner go to see the comments written by the customer?
