@AtotheC_1776 ok good on ya I was thinking ment the drive for the fan was being locked by the magnetic field of the stepper maybe but it would do that in any orientation of the fan I thought
@adrienross8458 oh I see. The only thing I can figure is that magnets operate in a north/south fashion. So one direction interferes while the opposite does not. Nor do the 90 degree positions.

You right. Ive already remixed the original file and moved the fan up about 3/4 an inch and it works well now.

Sorry I commented too soon.... why is it omnidirectional like that... odd
It effectively cools the filament from all sides that way instead of one side.
@AtotheC_1776 I was referring to the stalling of the fan in one particular placement of the fam opposed to multiple areas sorry for the confusion
