MAUI TRAVEL VIDEOS. Steve is a long-time Maui resident, Hawaii-certified Professional Tour Guide, small business owner, travel writer, photographer, videographer, and aspiring UA-camr. He specializes in Phone Photography, using a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S8+, Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal, tripod & monopod, a lavalier microphone, and a wireless remote shutter release. He also uses a Canon 90D with a variety of lenses.
Steve uses a variety of photo & video editing software, including BeFunky, XARA XL, Filmora 9 and several others. He also uploads stock photography to Shutterstock. Music is from UA-cam Audio Library.

Steve perfect timing I’m smoking some briskets for a sandwich pop up tomorrow and get to see Maui, 🤙. Great video would love to camp a night or 2 to get that Maui feel like you said. Ahhhh a banana cream pie from Leoda’s would be amazing right now. Happy to hear about your birthday trip coming up this summer. Aloha Hernandez. Always good to see you and I can "smell" the brisket smoking. Actually, I'm seriously looking for a cheap location to do a "Chopped Brisket Sandwich" with beans and slaw and pineapple upside down cake and that is it. Nothing more. Fast. Good. Not expensive. I have a buddy in Arkansas that sells 300 sandwiches a day. When he runs out -- he goes home. I want to do the same thing. Stay in touch. Steve buddy we think alike that’s actually what I sold today sliced sandwiches, but with chips and drink and easily sold out for a “soft” opening. That would be amazing on Maui, especially with a small menu, efficient. I’ll gladly share some pointers, 🤙. I believe that buddy of yours sells that easily especially when your all in.
Hi Steve, Hi Patricia..So nice to see you guys back on YT! We went to that beach after you billed it as the sexiest beach in Maui in one of your prior videos and we loved it. Leoda's always seems to have long wait times, at least during the times we've tried. The General Store always has a bunch of goodies we enjoy snacking on and that fruit stand has morphed into something massive over the years. Anyway, thanks so much for a dose of Maui. Can't wait till we're there again this Sept. We're gonna miss those lobster rolls. All the Best, Liz and Lou

Ahhhh! Your video floods me with nice memories from the 1980's when my boys and I enjoyed many a snorkeling day at Olowalu! Never have camped there though. However, we can attest to the wondrous pie delights that Leoda's cranks out. Thanks for another fun video and I look forward to your upcoming videos of your trips around parts of S E Asia.

I think your boys would've pushed for a night in a Tentalow. Yea, thank you for your comment about my upcoming trip. It'll be a "Celebration of 70" as I will go solo on a 30-40 day trip through 10 (+/-) Countries. I'm a bit nervous about adding those videos to my "Maui" channel, but I don't want to start another channel. We'll see how many people watch!! LOL. It will be interesting. Thanks Steve for the great video! Those pies look delicious! When you said pie, I was expecting savory, like Steak Pie or Chicken and Leek pie, so my eyes lit up when I saw those Strawberry pies! We are going on a Trilogy sailing tour to Olowalu but will make sure we stop off some time at the landing...those fruit tarts are beckoning!😊

@@MauiTravelVideos I am very happy you are back... during lockdown, when we could not leave our homes, you were a lifesaver, transporting us to paradise! We are holidaying for a month... San Diego for a few days, then Maui (West Maui...what can I say, you sold us!) then after a 2 day Road to Hana trip, we'll be off to Big Island, then Kauai. So excited! Already packing and it's 4 months away! To think, I originally booked in Sep 2019 but Covid scuppered our plans! We plan on eating at lots of your recommendations. Staying at The Mauian for most of our time on Maui, as we wanted beach front but not a big resort. When you can collect Airmiles every time you go to the supermarket and that translates to US domestic flights costing £4.99 ($6) per person, then what's not to like. Even our transatlantic flights are reward flights, though the UK charges a heck of a lot more tax, which you still have to pay. Even so, our flights total not very much, thanks to Virgin Atlantic Airmiles. These airmiles can be used, thankfully, on Delta and Hawaiian Airlines! So, here we come, there is pie to be had!

Other then the delicious pies at Leoda's, never really knew about the other places you highlighted, although I'm game, don't think the wife's idea of a Maui vacation is camping at the beach, even in the tentalows, but it's certainly an affordable option for some, BTW, couldn't book Maui this year but we'll be staying at the Outrigger Waikiki beach next month, if you're on Oahu, let me know, Lava flows at Dukes are on me, take care Steve.
