Hi Chef Fabio! I am following your UA-cam channel for a long long time... I mean from the beginning of Ciao..Ciao. Thanks for many fabulous recipes, I could impress anyone with them. There are a lot of changes in your episodes, there is Fabio wine collection now! How cool is that! I feel Drunken Spaghetti that you made for mother's day and the story of how your grandpa used the left out red wine to make drunken spaghetti had lot much originality. Stupid Brother in law is a nice twist as well ;) keep making us drool over fantastic Italian cuisine with Fabio's twist.
Waste wine. Especially not YOUR wine Fabio! My wine store FINALLY started carrying your wines today. I had my first bottle of your Chardonnay. It was rich.it was fruity. Clean. Excellent finish. Thank you....
I made this dish from the Ciao Chow recipe and when watching the video I knew something was different. So I pulled up the Ciao Chow recipe and it calls for pecorino cheese. I'll have to admit the pecorino was a bit strong. So I'll try it again with the milder Grana Padano cheese.
So easy...I am just starting to learn how to cook...at age 64...LOL
I make many meals following your guides..Thanks so much my friend!

Funny as hell, food looks great
I'll tell you what. Food network would do good to hire you. Not only can you cook but you are a funny guy
As a person who gets wine drunk easily, you gave me a better use for red wine LOL
Can not wait to make cacio Pepe
Italy is my fav. country to visit. Lol 😂 can’t wait to draw pancetta out of the ATM.
Hey Fabio, you could do this with Ravioli's ! OMG it would be so GOOD !

Do you have a version without pork?
I don't eat pork, but it seems genius. I used to eat Panchetta and I know it's flavor is magnificent.
you know, there's a lot of other things you could have done with that wine other than ruin spaghetti. including made red wine vinegar out of it.
yuck...wine
