I have to hand it to you mate, I never did anything like pipe welding when I was younger apprentice Fitter & Turner, but every bit of pipe work I do now in my own shop, is attributted to learning from you and your channel.
An idea for your nitrogen bottles, could you get an alarm of sorts you can mount on it, that buzzez when it's empty/near empty so you become aware that you've run out?
The G5-01 Speedglas is quite heavy, that’s my biggest complaint about it, along with the weird perspective of the pool you get from looking through all the layers of lenses at some angles. Oh and the cost of consumables and spare parts is extortionate. Good helmet though.
When you are the welder/fitter you do what you must do. There Is no wrong or right way. you work in a fabrication shop, not a specialty shop. The color doesn't matter, as long as you have 100% penetration with your beads tied in on each side. Man fk what others have to say, if they can't give you advice when you ask then they don't need to speak.

Hey if it comes out alright who cares how hot you're running I'm an American price welder I get it the faster you get it off your table or your stands the quicker you get paid I absolutely understand but normally I'm running around 75 80 amps on stainless 95 amps that's cooking
This kinda welding is so dope man looks so clean

Thankyou mate I appreciate it
Thats a pain in the rear end having to change all them bottles out throughout your day! Thanks for sharing the roll out turned out great.
Good job mate! Instead of the Starret holesaws you could try Phantom cobalt holesaws, they are 8% cobalt and are awesome for stainless

Making £4k a week and still getting lectures from people in the comments lol
So...Less than 2k after taxes
Excellent video as always and fantastic work. Always enjoy watching you putting it all together and how you explain it 👍👍
Happy days mate, great work, thanks for sharing, subbed
It was a pleasure to watch❤
I bought the backpack harness for the adflo after seeing you use it and i love it. Did you stop using it?
Your videos are top draw, great insight👍
Makes sense. One person, more pesos the world is full of bad businessmen!. Nice work brother.
Why doesn't the bottom open up when not welded around in one go, and only the top side at a time?
I see you got a EMPIRE EM71.8 leveler,I have that leveler too.That is a beautiful leveler .
Good job mate
banging video again.
Did you try carbide tipped hole saws ?
I have I find them a little bit too thick
@@ARCONEWELDING Thick as in the teeth are too wide to cut stainless ?
were you using a shielding gas for the plasma or just compressed air?
I didn't use the Plasma for anything on this job I only drill holes but the plasma cutter has a built-in air compressor
Where can i find this orange clamp @2:53 ?
carver clamps
Any NDT done on these welds?
10% of the job will get die pen. I'm not sure if this pipe got tested
I do this metric pipework for a living there is no ndt bombing on these pipes.
Is this money to be made every week at this sort of work and what is the best way to get into this line of work.
It's not every week but it can be achieved majority of the time as long as there is work
I’m a journeyman welder/fitter from the US, moving to UK in 2025. Any tips on finding good paying welding jobs in the UK ?
Move around London, the pay is there best there, around £400 per day
4 hours that pretty fast
Get an Optrel Crystal 2.0 with the swiss air mask, saves your neck

It’s interesting to hear how BOC kinda sucks in the UK, as it also does here in NZ. We moved to Air Liquide, much better.
