dhltn8624 hypnosis is just communicating on purpose, i do hypnotherapy all the time and i didnt forget the number as much as i would have liked even though i followed the instructions, not everything will work for everyone, maybe if they captured more of your conscious attention this would be more effective Although i noticed i was more relaxed and stopped making pictures of the number i still said the number internally, maybe you like me think about numbers in more than just images/visuals (which is what sensory channel she was manipulating using metaphor) Try imagining she had the sound of the word muffle or even the number line shrink

I have watched several of you videos and some make me very relaxed and I noticed my fingers tingle a lot plus my face gets very warm, like I'm facing a heat lamp. I'm not sure I can be hypnotized or not, but think I'll keep watching them and maybe with practice I can get into a trance.
@MrGbkristian My mind just wanders away when I try to count hundreds of numbers, and is not trance. I simply don't notice that I start thinking about any random thing.
