The rolling of both ends is a key move. Otherwise it unravels while you are trying to roll the joint.

That depends on what filter tips you use. Ziggi's are hard tips and they unroll easily. Smoking tips are very soft and don't unroll easily.
I skip the rolling bit and just squish my Ziggi filter. They have the best rizlas in the world IMO.

I've done a variation on the 3rd tip where you do a cut down the middle halfway and make the shapes go in different directions to have the M/W shape go in opposite directions to get an effect of two filters in one

Usually I go with the Spiral one, it's easy, simple and Fast, but when I'm at home, I always cut one End into a Spikey end and use that End to roll it in. That way I get also one Hollow end.
What do you use I’m new to smoking and heard you can use the box the paper come in but I’m not sure

hollow tips do not let in more smoke, the only extra your gonna get from a hollow tip is a hot shooter right before youre killing the joint making you cough up a long, first one is deffo easiest and best to go for imo, nice vid

That spiral one is gonna clog up eventually if you're smoking a very oily weed or hash, the others are pretty useful. I didn't know of that 'hollow' one, interesting idea!
That 'hollow' one is probably inspired from slim cigarettes, those like Virginia S have such filter tips and cigarillos such as those Jokey ones that come in a pack of 8 for about 2-3 bucks, american, do have a filter tip like that, but with charcoal above the hollow section for the Jokey ones and a regular slim filter for the above section of the Virginia S ones yeah.
I do all kinds of stuff for a linving, even making very freaky filters at times, even invented something like the Jokey ones for my joints, worked interesting tbh, might wanna remake that design tbh, smoked kinda good, but I was not as good at rolling and all of this stuff at the time.
I’ve always preferred using the spiral tip. It rolls up the fastest, as long as you use the whole roach card that problem with it being oily is gone. The main reason I prefer this one is because there is no way I’m gonna get any Scooby snacks if it were to come thru the roach

This may sound crazy but I use filter tips on my one hitters to keep from getting any flakes. For me easier than trying to custom cut a screen

Raw makes tip paper, or you can use like card stock paper

What type of paper is it
Just buy the raw skins with roaches attached to the pack means you never lose them
Depends on what you are trying to do, alot of people like cone joints and the brand RAW, so if you are looking to roll a cone joint, you should probably look up raw cone tips, you can easily get a good couple of packs for a cheap price, if you arent looking to roll a cone, just look up regular tips. (You can get them on amazon for cheap prices, or online headshops for a little bit more.) (Also, not saying only use raw, but thats just a very commonly used brand, main thing to look for is a respectable brand, with reasonable paper and filter prices, and quality material (I personally enjoy hemp papers.)
