    WHy is the extremely fit woman she is training acting like any of this is difficult? No offense to these women at all but this quality of workout is way less than what I would expect form a major sports brand.

    Such a bad form! Stances are bad performed and something that its so not motivating. Sad to see this from my favorite brand !!! Adidas models need to be more knowledgeable about poses and stances. Adidas makes trends and should have models who can teach correct moves and stances and not this one.

    Videoes like this does no good. Just making more and more women feel insecure about their bodies. People do everything for money, without considering how it affects others.

      Tore Rønning people have the option not to watch it.

    • @torernning8652
      @torernning8652 4 роки тому

      @@davrothelegend Thats not really a valid arguement. People get affected by this type of body focus, even without watching the videoes.

      @@torernning8652 Then those people will have to walk around blindfolded. If people are going to be affected by a video like this then there is deeper lying issue than body insecurity. Learn resilience instead of snowflakery.

      @@torernning8652 This type of body focus is the correct one. Despite the whole "workout" being a warm up, it should always be in one's interest to be fit. Other types of fitness videos (ones that actually contain a workout) provide motivation for people to get fit. If it makes you feel bad about yourself then you really need to take a look in the mirror and acknowledge that it's not these videos that are in the wrong, it's your own outlook.

      @@sarahomalley3760 Just spent the last couple of hours reading about diabetes, so i do not disagree about the importance of exercise. However i still stand by what i wrote. Typically this type of videoes are made with already healthy, fit and young people. Which happens to be the focus group for this company. I am sure i need to take a hard long look in the mirror, but for other reasons than being critical towards this commercial. (Nevermind the bad english, i`m norwegian...)
