From what I was seeing in Discord, there was a gold glitch a lot of people exploited after Thursday's update, through the weekend. That is what supposedly blew up the prices of pretty much everything in the Trade Broker. They did an emergency maintenance this morning, to close out that glitch, and they apparently "rolled back" gold, so no one has all of those extra millions they made. "Hopefully", the market will end up correcting itself soon. Of course, anyone who listed super expensive stuff in the Trade Broker will probably still sit out there for a week, before it expires.

Tera closed on PC, last year. There have never been any plans to close Tera on console (Xbox and PlayStation). Some people just assumed console would close, because PC closed. It may change someday in the future, but there has been no interruption of playing on console.
If you mean the Tera 5th Anniversary Coins, then I do not think so. It would make sense, considering the item properties say it is a level 1 item, but I don't know of another place to trade them. I just now did a quick run around Crescentia, Lumbertown, Velika, Stepstone Isle, and Bastion, but I did not see a vendor in any of those places.
Solo dungeons are things like Pit of Petrax and Ace Dungeons. I wish I could include Celestial Arena and Castle of Aranea in that list, but they took those away from us.

I don’t know if it’s the same on Xbox but the prices for crafting materials have gone thru the roof

Tera servers closed, how are you playing it?
