If we go to attribute go to complex profile draw a shape of ramp and do some fill with concrete then save it as awall such that the very shape can be drawn as a complex wall, then that straight wall can be bent to form a semicircle, transform it to morph whose two points can be elevated to desired height, rotate a copy to finish the circle
