You are incredible! Thank you for your clear and helpful instruction. I watched one of your videos yesterday and it helped me immensely. Today I was beyond happy to discover this one. Keep it up!
Hey. Thanks for the great videos. Do you think you could make a video on using google earth and blender to create a mesh with buildings in archicad. This would be really cool for the architecture community.
I knew it, suscribing to your channel was worth it. WIll direct all my students here first before i help them with navigating specifically for my country
Hi Albert, All the fundamental techniques & plans should work for 24, There is one short segment that shows some of the new ArchiCAD 27 tools, but the new features/tools are not critcal to drawing the necessary plans we use in industry. (they're just a nice to have in some cases) You can do it!💪
HI, I have used ACAD years ago but belive this is a better program for what I am doing wich is drawing residential project to submit to the city for permits and use for quotes as well of course to use to build. Do you have a Start Here mtutorial that would start with the absolute begining like setting up the the sheets, scale, layers, ect? Thats how my brain works anyway.
Hi there, To get a general bearing, this video will help give an overview. ua-cam.com/video/B_WQZWucWjQ/v-deo.htmlsi=9lIpOUP72Nfugs8s To get a further understanding of layers, you'll want to check out this video ua-cam.com/video/vnAnn1gm8_o/v-deo.htmlsi=ByI6n6NY_M-F4ACm
Hello I really enjoy your channel and appreciate the content, it has been very helpful as a new Archicad user. My company will be converting an old wood mill into a mixed use development in north Idaho, US. I have heard of lydar apps that you can load onto your phone or tablet and scan existing buildings and load the point clouds into Archicad. Are you familiar with these and do you have an opinion of which one may be the best? Thank you vey much.
hi, when i tried to do roof adjustments in the first tutorial, the dashed lines from roof on ground floor plan always disappeared. especially trying to pull the overhanges this happened most. and then on 3d view the changes didnt even become visible. is there a tip i should follow with this issue?
Hi there, It might be the display range, I'll put a video below where I cover this in more detail. ua-cam.com/video/Eyeb0oYfxBI/v-deo.htmlsi=30BaiMrmiKoAPgZU

I love how you explain every little detail I never understood layers back then, I'd usually save and delete or copy and paste my archicad work just to get the liksof site plan.😭😭😂 As well as the pdf work, title block work, electrical, details You're the best!! When I use the move command to move an object, it will be displayed in the x and y directions, not in distance mode. How can I restore that?
Nice bro
