Hey angels happy sunday! OMG so I just found out this leader and several others from Arieyl are MLM hopping to a brand new scam. If anyone has information on this please send it my way because I want to cover the new MLM they're moving too!
I wonder how they calculate their money claims. I believe certain companies reward 'million dollar earners' which may be on income made for the company not what they take home in pay, and also is culmulative over whole time in the mlm. If she is in top 5 then maybe this woman is talking about 6 figures a month (off the back of downline, yuck) but others talk about it as a year $100 000. Still impressive. but if they start saying they have earned X amounts 'since joining this mlm' well compared to a monthly gross salary added up over say 3 years, it may not be be such a win.
Imagine if her husband made a video screaming at potential customer for not acquiring his electrical services. Calling them dumb if they don't see the value in rewiring their house. Shaming them for choosing to do further research and get a second opinion. Call other electricians sad human beings for giving other professional opinions. Because that's what she is doing.
Fr I ran a landscape business for a while, people deserve respect including preference some people may like the service they had, that’s Kool am not gonna scream at them.
I’m having a visceral reaction to her saying those in MLM’s “don’t want to work” and are “lazy.” I busted my ass for several years in Arbonne. I probably put in 25-35 hours a week at least. Made it halfway up the comp plan. Was celebrated as a success in the company. But when all was said and done, I lost $6,000. This is just vile.
I love how this woman goes "Im not trying to be mean~" after saying some of THE most disrespectful shit. Like okay lady, sure. The cognitive dissonance with this one is STRONG.

As someone who's been a freelancer in publishing for 2 decades and knows plenty of other freelancers... whether we make ourselves into an LLC's for tax purposes or not, we do not call ourselves "business owners" when we don't have employees. That's just absurd, it'd make you sound like a child pretending to be a "big important grownup!" As someone who works as a cashier at a grocery store, it really does piss me off that people can act like me and my coworkers are lesser than just b/c of the work we do. It’s disgusting. No one should have to feel ashamed or embarrassed for the work they do when they bust their ass everyday for crappy pay and little appreciation, b/c SOMEONE has to do it and people need to EAT.

@@joyfuljaj Personally, I think a LOT of high-level MLM leaders heavily abuse ADHD medication. You can see some worrying signs of it in Boss Lee, Lily Zaremba, and others. this time last year my grocery bill for the week was about 25€. now it's about 40€. i live like a hermit. i don't go out. i cook for myself. my fun expenses are books and the occasional video game. sometimes yarn. but please, tell me again how not buying a latte will fix my financial woes? mind you, i work part time (due to disability) as an engineer and make enough money to get by.
Exactly this. Energy bill is twice as expensive as it used to be last year, rent is thrice as expensive, my grocery cart went 1/3rd up last Spring but now it's back down. (Thank God bec. I was really struggling). Meanwhile, the money coming in is still the same. A LOT of people are making money these days over selling us more expensive sh*t, and the fact, that this is all legal is very depressing.
My sister was a hairstylist, an example given in the video. Ironically, no portion of my sister’s profit was dependent on her ability to recruit other hairstylists. She didn’t receive bonuses for “building a team” of hairstylists. She made money when she worked one-on-one with clients. It blows my mind how these MLMers will give examples of jobs that are NOTHING like what they do to try to prove the legitimacy of what they do. My sister didn’t have a comp plan that she had to “maintain rank” in to get paid. If she did hair, she got paid. If she didn’t do hair, she didn’t get paid. These people are so brainwashed that it almost makes me sad…. But at a point they know what they’re doing and they know the reality of why they recruit, so if they know the truth & are complicit… I can’t feel that bad for them.
I used to have a side job cleaning. It worked great for me because as long as it was after hours I set my own schedule. I was paid on a contract, a contract that I negotiated with the company that owned the building! I could have set up an llc (I didn’t) however, no one company could tell me what other companies I could clean for! These MLMers are really reaching
imagine going to a clothing store and the salesperson tries to convince you to not only buy clothes, but to open your own clothing store next door selling the exact same things and give them some of the money, THEN they tell you that you should get someone to start ANOTHER clothing store next to yours where they give you part of their earnings so you can give them a part and so on and so on
"I don't pay anything to start my business but my husband has so many overhead costs" but yet still, you either need to buy a certain amount of products a month or pay a monthly fee of some sort to join most of these MLMs and then still, target people who can't even comfortably afford groceries or gas by giving out misleading information like this. Ridiculous.
Yessss, agreed on the "business owner" comments you made, Isabella! In addition to this, as someone who has actually started her own business, it drives me crazy when they say "when I started this business". They could say started IN the business, but they typically make it sound like they built it, even within team calls among others who started *IN* the business, and know full and well they did not create the company.
They are as delusional as actual millionaires who convince themselves they "just work harder"... Except they never seem to have enough money to even buy a microphone in spite of being on "business calls" every single day. 🤔
I knowww she doesn't actually think she's the same as a hairdresser. My hair lady provides an actual service and is skilled at providing that service. The only skill a MLMer has is grifting.
Her: I don’t judge people for having a 9-5. Also her: I would never have a 9-5, they’re literally awful and only losers pick a guaranteed paycheck 🙄 over this ~gLaMeRoUs~ MLM 🥰
My response to any MLMer dissing 9-5’s: “At least at my gross and disgusting 9-5 I have health, dental, vision, eyes, and life insurance and a 40K retirement plan what do u have at your MLM? I’ll wait.”
i hate it when ppl say that they're trying to not be mean and then proceed to say the most disgusting rude stank shit ive ever seen. just say it with ur chest and add a villain cackle while ur at it!
Why do the Huns always forget there are a lot of high paying salaried jobs with promotions that are a percent of your salary. Everyone is not working an entry level hourly wage job.
My “favorite” thing about MLMs is that they advertise how flexible and easy their MLM is, but if you fail it’s because you didn’t want to work hard and make sacrifices. ???????
wow. So people making tacos and burritos don't deserve liveable wages??! Wow. Your "business" isn't necessarily a "scam" - but it is a trap and a facade. You make money from recruitment and you make money from the new recruits BUYING starter packs, not what you sell to customers. And it's not your business - you have no say in products, pricing, compensation, or hiring. You are nothing more than free advertising for a company that makes money off of every item you buy and every starter pack your downline buys.
They are getting more desperate to defend the business model! Normally they wait until you have joined and in a zoom to tell you are lazy and that’s why you are failing, now they are just shouting it to anyone that will listen 😳.
So if her husband’s business closed unexpectedly and they lost his income would she be able to support their family off her income alone? While maintaining their current lifestyle? My guess is no. The Huns are incredibly two faced. They’re sweet as honey when trying to lure people in but then they demean their team when she feels like their not working heard enough. Keep shining the light on these predatory leaders, Bella!
'If you do a job and then people don't pay you is that a scam at that point?' I mean, kind of, yes. It's definitely illegal. Go to your state or country's Work Commission - your boss will go to prison!
Do people actually watch this video and see what she says and how she acts and WANTS to have anything to do with her? It’s gotta be just other mean girls.
Seriously, her downline needs to watch this and realize she thinks they're suckers... how can they not see she's just siphoning money off them and wanna quit!?
I just stumbled on to your channel and wow! The part that stood out to me is like as an employee if my boss ever spoke to me like this I would be gone immediately. I am not a small business owner, but I do manage a team for a popular retailer and I would never expect my people to respect me if I spoke to them like this.
"It's expensive to have a real business". Well, she said it... But also, depending on your business, you can and should have it structured in such a way that you don't have massive overheads right out of the gate, and that you scale and grow your business over time.
"I do this for Freedom an being free so I work ALL the TIME" Five minutes earlier "I quit my 8-5 because I didn't want to work until 2am anymore and I didn't want to work weekends anymore!" Well which is it Sweetie!?! Ther is NO WAY in HELL that she can guarantee her paycheck because if her entire downline quits would she still make that money? I don't get paid based on how much people hired after me work! I am sooooo sick of hearing I can make more money than my upline! THe whole leaves thing didn't make ANY sense! She said they came to her to rake laves and then she was going to pay them ONLY $2/hr and then they don't want to do that and then says they don't want to work. Excuse me ma'am your priviledge is showing!
By their logic, I own a food delivery business cuz I'm an independent contractor for doordash lol. I'll also NEVER understand why these ppl seem to think that the ONLY way to have your own business is to have a brick and mortar store with rent and thousands of dollars of overhead every month.
I really wish these huns would be up to debate you or any other anti-mlm channel (Savannah, CC, Julie Jo, Erin, Hannah). There could be a moderator and see how they would answer or rebut these question when asked live!
The funny thing is about all MLMs is that if they have to convince you they’re a legit business and all the other BS things they say to beg you to join, they’re a scam. I don’t know any job that has to beg you to join and convince you they’re a good company… that’s just weird and shady
Another great video, even though I had to have a glass of wine to get through it!😉 This lady irritates me so much. Can't wait to see you cover the new mlm she's moving to!😊
When recruiting it's all "make money in your sleep, so easy, don't have to take away time from my kids" but the minute you sign up it's "you have to grind, cold message while you poop, don't sleep, sell your kids to buy more stock!"
The jobs she mentions, hair stylist, car salesman, chiropractor, are all jobs where people provide a service or sell a product and that's it. A hair stylist cuts hair, they don't recruit other people to cut hair! Makes no sense
Ooooh. This woman just continued to piss me off. She probably turns people off all of the time with her nasty approach. She keeps saying she doesn’t understand this or that. No kidding!!
I always hate when people say business owners can make their own hours..they don't. Business owners work 24 / 7. They don't get days off, they cannot show up "however they want" Owning a business takes dedication and hard work. Don't lie 😒
She is incredibly delusional and also causing me to be angry by how she talks about people. She said she doesn't want a 9 to 5 because she doesn't want to work until 2 am and doesn't want to work weekends. What kind of job did you work? Sounds like bartending or serving which is a real job but definitely not the "9 to 5" she refers to. I work a 9 to 5 and I am off by 6pm every day and always off weekends. I could be off at 5:30 but I choose to take an hour lunch. And we get to request a schedule so if I wanted to work later or on weekends I could. I get paid from the moment I clock in til the moment I clock out, and once I clock out, the work is done. The best part, is I also work from home and can work in my workout clothes with no bra unless I have a meeting lol. Mlm's don't hold the monopoly on working from home, especially these days
Even in the first 3 years where a small business is typically not making money, the employees are still getting paid. There just isn't profit yet. Labor is an expense, even if mlms don't see it that way.
Let me make this so crystal fucking clear: People wanting to get paid a liveable wage, IS NOT, people being lazy. People asking to be fairly compensated for the work they do, IS NOT, lazy. People complaining about the insane inflation and our mess of an economy, IS NOT lazy. No matter what job you do, whether it's teaching, or nursing, working in retail or fast food, you DESERVE to be paid a wage that is reasonable to live on. Just because someone is in a service job or works in an industry that YOU (this woman and others like her) personally don't value, DOES NOT mean that they are worth less. I've had jobs doing everything from fast food to retail to corporate fucking america and I worked my ASS off at every single one. You know why? Because I believe that if something is worth doing, worth getting paid to do, it's worth putting time and effort into doing right. How dare this woman insinuate that I (or anyone else working in less prestigious jobs) am "lazy." I guarantee that the person working for minimum wage is doing much harder work than this woman ever has at an MLM.
How can she claim it’s not predatory? Because obviously it was her HARD WORK that made her money, and it other people don’t make money, they are lazy. Same logic any lucky or privileged person has to justify why they are special.
“I make hundreds of dollars a day on Tik Tok.” Even if she were telling the truth, we are not talking about the money you make on Tik Tok. We are talking about the money you make in your MLM.
I'm guessing it's because they made rank and struggling 2 keep it or they're just not making any money. So desperate. Where is the morality and humanity these days?
As an independent contractor (massage therapist at that) I still get paid per appointment- in fact I make 100% commission. However I have to pay for rent & lotion, clean my own linens, and do my own taxes- that's the difference between being an employee and an independent contractor. I show up day after day and get paid- MLM's can't say that lol. Side note let's make 2023 the year we stop saying masseuse 😂 I worked too damn hard for my education for people to still be saying masseuse 🤢😂

26:10 another content creator I watch said in a video that she made only $7 off of 3.4 million views, so... yeah
How can she acknowledge that she is the 1% and make out 99% are lazy???
Entitlement is bliss!
Tells everyone not to spend money on food, nails, hair, clothes, coffee, etc., but expects you to be able to afford the bullshit they sell? 😂😂
And if you don’t want to join the “business opportunity” you’re lazy 😂😂 what in the actual fuck
Excuse me ma'am your priviledge is showing!
i come here to listen to isabella call these women "goofy" 🙂🖤
Its giving the " go out and WORK" But the target version trying to act like it's Prada. Ma'am. Sit down. She's gone full metal hunbot 😂
By their logic, I own a food delivery business cuz I'm an independent contractor for doordash lol.
I'll also NEVER understand why these ppl seem to think that the ONLY way to have your own business is to have a brick and mortar store with rent and thousands of dollars of overhead every month.
I LOVE how you call them Goofy! That made my day😂💕 Keep up the awesome work Isabella
You can’t pay people $2 an hour. Correct. They should not rake your leaves for less than minimum wage
Right? I’m like - wait, does she think people should want to pay for $2/hour? And if they don’t, they are lazy? That’s insane talk to me
I really wish these huns would be up to debate you or any other anti-mlm channel (Savannah, CC, Julie Jo, Erin, Hannah). There could be a moderator and see how they would answer or rebut these question when asked live!
@43:50
am I mishearing or did she just say $2/hr?
for that rate you bet I would "choose not to work - because I'm lazy".
The funny thing is about all MLMs is that if they have to convince you they’re a legit business and all the other BS things they say to beg you to join, they’re a scam. I don’t know any job that has to beg you to join and convince you they’re a good company… that’s just weird and shady
Whoooo hoooo I’m early to the upload! Settling to listen/watch while I get chores done.
Yeah…the predator doesn’t get to tell the world they’re not predatory.
I'm broke because I have cats to feed and otherwise take care of. Not giving up my cats. 🤷🏻♀️
The difference is that if an MLM distributor chooses to take a break they still have to keep paying for the auto ship for an entire year.
Makes no sense
why do all those mlm women talk and move the same😅... they still believe themselves. and how many air quotes does she still do? 😂😂😂😂
Ooooh. This woman just continued to piss me off. She probably turns people off all of the time with her nasty approach. She keeps saying she doesn’t understand this or that. No kidding!!
Hey Ashley if you’re company is so great why did your tippy top leader of the pyramid leave? 🤔
I always hate when people say business owners can make their own hours..they don't. Business owners work 24 / 7. They don't get days off, they cannot show up "however they want" Owning a business takes dedication and hard work. Don't lie 😒
She probably thinks I'm lazy because I took advantage of my work benefits to take time off (paid) to recover from ankle surgery.
Who's going to tell this lady that if minimum wage was indexed to inflation, the way it was meant to be, it would be over $30/hr?
Let me make this so crystal fucking clear:
People wanting to get paid a liveable wage, IS NOT, people being lazy.
And leaders don’t speak like THAT!!!!!
How can she claim it’s not predatory? Because obviously it was her HARD WORK that made her money, and it other people don’t make money, they are lazy. Same logic any lucky or privileged person has to justify why they are special.
The lie of meritocracy rearing it’s ugly head
“I make hundreds of dollars a day on Tik Tok.” Even if she were telling the truth, we are not talking about the money you make on Tik Tok. We are talking about the money you make in your MLM.
Lord, these hunbots always seem so angry and aggressive.
I'm guessing it's because they made rank and struggling 2 keep it or they're just not making any money. So desperate. Where is the morality and humanity these days?
You're doing the Lord's work Isabella
Why did I expect her to start screaming and crying like a damn toddler xD
As an independent contractor (massage therapist at that) I still get paid per appointment- in fact I make 100% commission. However I have to pay for rent & lotion, clean my own linens, and do my own taxes- that's the difference between being an employee and an independent contractor. I show up day after day and get paid- MLM's can't say that lol. Side note let's make 2023 the year we stop saying masseuse 😂 I worked too damn hard for my education for people to still be saying masseuse 🤢😂
Agreed! I used to ve an LMT. Also - How is massage parlor still a term???
I worked at boutique spa and we never used the term “masseuse.” Disrespectful and gross.
Also you're not paid to recruit other massage therapists (who're not even qualified)!
I use the term massage therapist- is this correct? I’m asking because I love getting massages and don’t want to sound like a turd lol
Plus your income is not dependent upon you getting other massage therapists to join you.
She said "It's expensive to have a real business " ...um, I wonder if she listens to what she says 🤔
As a coffee shop owner, thank you for your defense of the latte! ☕
