I think the issue here is not that he made those films but that he exploited the girls looking for acting jobs. That is why the police acted upon complaint.

Bisbo the presentation is good, but your inference seems to be wrong. Kamasutra was not published by the author with a profit motive in mind. It is more like a know-how manual intended for all.
