Looks Great... My son and I will be making some soon. I dry the last of my jalapeños in the garden that are red and green, and put them in the SS mix. We are going to stop using the high temp and regular cheese, it doesn't hold up after thawing the SS casings. We will just have the cheese on the side.
Yes it does melt alittle but it soooo good.it is so rewarding to make it yourself and not have to wait on meat locker to get it back to you.Thanks for watching.
