Orbital you there is fragment option in fairing you can bp edit in "right" and "left" So in when you launch it the fairing will be automatically opened where you wanted it to be

Try placing like 15-20 probes inside, itll help u maintain the bellyflop position a lot longer and will also add more control and more turning speed to the starship, even without the rcs

Step 1 make a blueprint and save it step 2 go to the blueprint file open it in documents and edit it the way you want step 3 reload the BP edited blueprint in the game

Could you possibly teach us how to download and install packs like day/night cycles and rockets?
It is easy for planet packs just download it and un compress it then go to spaceflight simulator/custom solar system and copy the example solar system and delete everything in the copied folder then move the un compressed planet pack folder to the empty custom solar system and remove everything in the planet pack folder into the empty custom solar system and once you make a new world just choose the custom solar system with the planet pack and done!

That's not how the flip works, you start flip maneuver as you just start the engines, not as yours already halfway in the flip maneuver.
