I don't think it's weakness. I think these women look at the years of investment and decide it's better to stay. Walking out of a relationship, let alone marriage isn't an easy decision. And on this specific case, this man has emotionally abused this woman with his cheating to a point where she might be feeling like, having a second conjugal relationship for him is better because it can be controlled. I think when polygamy was thought of, it wasn't bad...it had it's purpose. I might not agree completely with it but I think there were conditions for it and proper protocols to it. What is happening here isn't culture, rather the perpetuation of someone's pain and condoning cheating, therefore in my view it's certainly not Zulu culture. You have nothing to be ashamed of as it's not representative of your culture but rather someone making money out of other people's misery.
