I work in the Data center industry for a Vendor that's Vertiv's competitor. Although we have a highest market share in 1/3PH UPS & Racks, Vertiv is the market leader in liquid cooling(Rear-door heat exchangers, Direct-to-chip liquid cooling & Immersion cooling). I currently hold 103 shares of Vertiv @92.23 $ & am really excited for its next earnings call presumably on 8th August 2024

VRT is extremely important for the increased cooling demands of AI and new data centers being built. Power will also be important. Companies to keep an eye on are TLNE, VST, CEG and NEE. TLNE already has a contract with AMZN to power one of its AWS data centers. All companies mentioned have a diversified mix of power generation to include nuclear, wind, and solar in addition to the more conventional methods.

smci is rack cooling. vrt is whole data center heat dissipation... including rack I believe.
