Hi! Here you are. I have a timestamp for skipping to the acrylic mix in the comments on that video. ua-cam.com/video/DLV-89B5KY4/v-deo.htmlsi=XRwRFtO24rntiGNj
Thanks very much! I used a mix of acrylic caulking, sand, paint, and a little pva and baking soda. It's a very durable but flexible coating that also gives it a lot of texture.
@@higginbottoms55 it's not exact, no. Many guys-mel the terrain tutor, black magic craft, Eric's hobby workshop, berserkerworks and others have used this. I think I have one videoabout making a scoring zone where I made some. The only rule is don't use more than ten percent paint to caulking. So, put some painters caulk down, then a little paint-i actually used black here, just a few dabs. Then a little sand and PVA. Can also thin it with alcohol. I think I'm due for an update on this video and I'll show the process.
Possible, but these are so cheap you could just make them to match any table or mat. Also I found that the undersides can get roughed up un-based, so you'd have to coat them with the caulk/paint/glue anyway. Eh, each their own I spose.
you mentioned another video you have of making the glue, acrylic, caulk mixture. Can you attach a link to the video?

What is the mixture to cover the foam? Like the brands and measurements too that you use! It looks great

Thanks for the reply! Is it like a 1-1 ratio for everything? And do you use the paint color you are using for the rock?

Sorry, I'm just seeing this so late! Here's the prior video.

Rock an roll man!! Could be sweet without the base, maybe put a lag bolt in the bottom for seamless table transition

Can you send camouflage paint
......wha? 🤔
My guy cut off almost more than half... 🙁
Yeah, depending on the shape you can take off more or less.
Nice 👍🏽
Thanks very much. I hope its a good tutorial for you!
Looked better before you cut it.
Yeah, if I were going for something like metamorphic rock I'd probably leave it that way.
