What Camerons Car Reviews has to say about the Terrain: GMC's Terrain has been out since 2010 and since it's debuted the Terrain and it's cousin the Chevrolet Equinox have made into many suburban home garages. For 2013, GMC introduces an all new upscale trim the Denali. Power in the Terrain comes from a average 2.4 L 4-Cylinder or step up to the 3.6 L V6 to get more power out of the crossover. Fuel economy is decent too earning a respectable 22 City and 32 HWY. On the interior you will find the Terrain to have a more premium feel than it's cousin and many other crossovers with nice stitching around the cabin and soft touch interior accents. On the exterior the rear brake lights some what look like the RAV4's and many consumers think the whole shape of the car represents a brick on wheels with it's very utilitarian exterior design and it's boxy shape. Compared to it's competitors the Terrain tends to do many things very well and if you are looking at the small crossover segment the Terrain should be considered on the test drive list.
These look so good in white.
You forgot to mention that the rear seats in the 2013 GMC Terrain have manual forward and aft adjustment.
I was told that that is a standard on the SLE.
I have 140k miles on mine.
Hello from north east Montana.
10 miles from the Canadian border.
Please I have problems for AC air con it is temp. 40- in the CD The air very hot… . thanks
Back seats slide back and forth to give more room for passengers or for cargo, cool feature I thought.
Never showed how to fold down the rear seats...
Thanks
Very strong car
very good.. i have one
I prefer the GMC Terrain over the Equinox the Equinox looks like a lady's car the GMC Terrain is a bit more manly
Thats stupid.
I'm a whole woman about to buy this car.
Yes i Can
Great
Can u do a review on the 2013 GMC Terrain DENALI? This one is the SLE which is the lowest range in the Terrain.
The terrain is a vevy sharp looking truck in my opinion and maybe the 2..4L 4 cylinder may not be all that powerful but it should be ok to go driving not drag race. I wanted a 07 and up chevy tahoe but these terrains catching my eye now. May be a good alternative plus better on fuel
Definitely get it u wont be disappointed
good
2012 Toyota Camry SE
these baby sell for dirt cheap I seen some for sell like 13,000 not to bad I was expecting them to be pricey. the Chevy Tahoe was very pricey at around 25,000....
hey what car do you drive camthegreat123
We might do one on a Denali, not sure
Saabkyle04 has inspired so many copy cats!
you know hes not the only person in the world who reviews car right? like..people reviewed cars before kyle... just sayin.
+katieducky23 I know that, but this is almost identical in style review and words. It's not that big of a deal to me just saying.
I really enjoy my GMC terrain really stylish but no power ... If you want a car to just profile the terrain is good ... if your looking for speed then this isn't for you..
Lol what it's faster that my 85 caviler lol
I'm wondering about the speakers in the terrain slt
lol
It's pronounced E-quinox, not IN-quinox.
lol you said lets go ahead and shut down the equinox
Are American cars reliable and safe?
Many people drive their American cars for years with even minimal servicing as they should so I would say yes. I drove a 1991 Chevrolet Lumina purchased new until I retired in 2012. It was a very good car. Sat outside in temperatures that were life threatening should you be caught outside overnight, and in all of those years not once did it fail to start in the morning. It is 2023 and I currently drive a 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck equipped with a 4.3 liter six cylinder engine also bought new, and I never have a problem with it. As far as safety, we have two organizations that oversee car manufacturing. The first is IIHS, this stands for Insurance Institute For Highway Safety, and the second is NHTSA, this is National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Cars are crash tested and they must meet rigid safety standards. Google Offset crash tests, cars are crashed into a fixed barrier at 35 mph, don't know equivalent KPH but they crash all vehicles into a barrior with only about 1/3 of the front of the car to simulate if a driver crosses the center line into an oncoming vehicle. They do roll over tests side impact tests and many more with high tech crash dummies in the car and record data from those dummies. The dummies have high tech electronics in them. Cars have on average ten air bags including side curtain airbags that protect you from side impacts along with steel beams located in the doors. Impact absorbing bumpers and now backup cameras automatic emergency braking lane departure warning should you stray out of your lane and so much more. I would say our cars are very safe.
Never give a car review without actually driving the car. Jerk off the looks of the vehicle are secondary
Ya Sorry! A little error I made. Besides that how was the video review?
The electronics on the infotainment system is soooo buggy
it looks boxy, genius
Chevrolet Inkquinox....lol
This guy is awful...
Exact copy of saabkyle09's review? Do your own style dont try and imitate others. Just saying.
That engine be needin some oil.
No, noisy by design because it has two chains inside the timing cover.
That doesn't have a CD player
Yes it does, I own a rather nice 2013 SLE Terrain as well and it has the CD player and is standard equipment.
4 cylinder sounds like a diesel lol seem underpowered for that size of vehicle
What you here are the two chains inside the timing cover.
Car is a waste of money does not have enough power at all it screams when you go up hill. Gas is really 21mpg yes 21 mpg actual average 21 MPG. The bottom part of the door on mine is already significantly rusted and the car is only three years old. I have been a Chevy/gmc fan all my life this car is really testing that I think after this vehicle I'm switching to another maker car is really that lame! :(
I thought my gmc terrain was the only one with tha problem of screaming going up hill but not advancing..love the suv but it kills me every time I go up hill in it..NEEDS MORE POWER GMC
Jose mom about five nights don't no the good morning ill the bed going
saabkyle wannabe
That engine sounds horrible.
What you here is the two chains in side the timing cover.
Another Saab Kyle wanna be.
LMAO it says "reliable" on the license plates! Those terrains are pieces of shit!
