Giaco i love the design for the lazy susan i would have never thought of having the speed adjustable,i guess that's why i'm watching your videos instead of making my own,it's best to leave it to the professionals,by the way now you need to call it the busy susan because it's working for you instead of you working it,all the best my brother
When these 30 are done, please do another, but then you and David make the same thing in different ways in your own styles... I'ld love that. ( or add more makers? )
Outstanding music choice Giaco, something a little different in this video not sure if it's a different camera or the lighting is different , nevertheless another great job ... See you tommorow
My girlfriend is a baker and I thought a motorized lazy Susan would be great for her when icing cakes. Can you tell me the type of motors you used? And if they would be strong enough to rotate a lazy Susan with a wedding cake on it? If not, perhaps you could recommend one?
Extremely inspiring. I am building the 2 meter wide version of this. I would really appreciate advice on how to perform the filming of the manufacturing process.
love the crazy Susan, great idea, execution and presentation. Thant springy logo thing and the end was awesome! BTW I think Dave is using your crazy Susan without asking, I just saw it spinning with a hammer on it, might want to keep an eye on him.
Giaco Whatever another cool idea, you guys must love hanging and bouncing ideas off each other. You look like you're having fun with this challenge. Great work. Thanks
Excellent tool for displaying and shooting your awesome projects. By the way a lot of greedy people on UA-cam. Yesterday's video with the giveaway 600+ comments this one 50+ Some people...
Hi sir, I'm using a lazy Susan and a servo but instead of having it under I'm just attaching it to the edge of the outer rim, using it for a solar tracker system for my final year project I'm struggling to find the right wheel as you have to attach on top of the servo, and how did u attach the final table to the metal part please help I need this !!
Great video. If there weren't any copyright issues, you could set this video to Elton John's "Circle of Life". :D By the way, I love the darker color palette that you use in your videos. Nathan
Oh wait the servo doesn't spin a person... can only hold a lot of weight but for spinning a person in your case you'd need a big ass stepper motor with an adeguate gear box...
In your bio you ask for sugestions. So, can you also post the artist and name of the songs in the discriptions of your video's? I'm happy to see that you say you read them all :) i hope you still will to that once you get big
Non capisco perché a 0:50 hai fatto quella roba lì, non potevi semplicemente attaccare il pezzo di legno circolare al servo? a cosa serve tutto quel meccanismo che hai aggiunto con gli elastici? Scusa la mia ignoranza
Probably running the servo through an Arduino. There are ready sketches for servos in the Arduino library. Just buy one and get familiar with it. Hobby shops online sell wheels you can attach to a servo. The tensioner trick is nice with the rubber band.
Love the music in this series. Some of the most beautiful zero dialogue videos I'ver seen. Thank you David.
I love watching your videos because your background music sets you apart from other UA-cam makers. This is your best one!
Very cool the smoothness is so satisfying.
The videography in this is incredible! Nice work Giaco
Giaco That is a great idea and will showcase your creations very well..........Once again your background music is perfect....... Protect your DIGITS
That's gonna come in handy Giaco. Production value=awesome.
Nice job Giaco, you and David are doing awesome!!🐷🐖
Sweet! An electric sit and spin! You know I liked it!
Sweet project Giaco. I'm impressed that it can hold all of Jimmy's weight and still work ;)

Awesome channel! Can't believe I'm just finding it now:)
+Shop built duune I know your one very well though... :)
Totally cool! clever systems! I like the friction wheels and elastic bands :D
That's so crazy Giaco. Well done!
Simple but very effective. Nice idea using the bands as tensioners. Good job :)
Exactly what I was thinking.
Fantastic video and project!
Ottimo lavoro giaco!
Love your movies. Very creative and inspirational.
Wishes from Lithuania!
I want to do what you do everyday on the tubes. Very cool video
Hot dayum! Get a bigger motor on that thing and it can be a disc sander + ruin a dinner party! 😂
I wanna visit your type of dinner parties!
Dude, this thing is crazy sexy... I love it! The contrast you get with the lamps on rotation, it looks supre professional. Well done :)
When these 30 are done, please do another, but then you and David make the same thing in different ways in your own styles... I'ld love that.
( or add more makers? )
👍 great idea ! thank you!
Interesting build! 🤓
You just improved on an 80 year old product - and from now on, no Susan will be lazy, just a little crazy.
That's great. If you cover it with black perspex then you will get a nice mirror effect.
such great videography
AMAZING
Omg you’re tools 🛠 look intimidating 😂. I was looking for something easy.
Outstanding music choice Giaco, something a little different in this video not sure if it's a different camera or the lighting is different , nevertheless another great job ... See you tommorow
Fantastico!

+Gianni Pirola GP Fai Da Te DIY grazie Gianni!!!

I know I am late to the party, But love the work and am wondering what motor you use for your project?
Beautifull video!
This is brilliant!😄 What kind of motor did you use?
Only just found your channel. Really awesome :). Did you think about spray painting the platform grey to make it more 'professional'
+John Doe no I use different background if needed...
Oh hi Jimmy!
why dont you have more subs man haha beautiful art work!!
Nice! Sad that the 30 days are about to end though.
love the crazy Susan, great idea, execution and presentation. Thant springy logo thing and the end was awesome! BTW I think Dave is using your crazy Susan without asking, I just saw it spinning with a hammer on it, might want to keep an eye on him.
That was actually v1.0
Spinning with a drill... :D

Amazing ! What if you had wanted to do it in a 2 meter diameter disc?
i have been thinking about doing this, but for less practical reasons ;-)
+tim sway thanks for watching Tim! Love ya!!! :)
Very nice, could you add a link to Motor in the description?

Hi sir,

What camera do you use for filming? DSLR or prosumer dc?
ottimo lavoro, volendo si può usare un motorino per girarrosti.
ciao
pretty cool man. how does it hold up when you have it loaded up and weight on the outside? does it tip?
Can we have more building details and what items u use?
Great video. If there weren't any copyright issues, you could set this video to Elton John's "Circle of Life". :D
By the way, I love the darker color palette that you use in your videos.
Nathan
ohh that camera !!!
The sound at the end, is that a Voight-Kampff machine?
+sa-maker I actually have no idea... I have folder called "cool sound" where I safe stuff I find around or record myself...
I think you need to make a circle cutting jig for your bandsaw yes?
Funny story: I had one and in this video I cut it in half like an idiot... So I went free handed... :D
+Giaco Whatever I saw the dowel in the centre of the disc and assumed you would use a cutting jig in the next shot. Now it makes sense
lol crazy susan.
Call it the Even Lazier Susan
You do a lot of work with CA glue, does your stuff tend to hold up over time or do things pop off?
+pman13a ca is the strongest glue if you know how to use it...
nice !
could you tell me .
what type of that bearing ?
Please let me know how much you would charge to make this rotating platform. I'm just beginning to perform. Thanks!
ok now diy belt sushi?! :)
very nice! ho much weight can it hold?
+Panayiotis Kyriakou reeeeally a lot... the bearing is a SUPER overkill industrial piece that will never find its limit...
Really? have tried a person?
yes... :)
I want to try to built something siilar for rotating people for 3d scanning. can you share details on your electronics?
Oh wait the servo doesn't spin a person... can only hold a lot of weight but for spinning a person in your case you'd need a big ass stepper motor with an adeguate gear box...
Can anyone please tell me the name of the first song?
Awesome video series! Subscribed!
Aonia - Myself
Excelllent music, thank you Giaco 👍:D
In your bio you ask for sugestions. So, can you also post the artist and name of the songs in the discriptions of your video's?

+ThinkLaterShootFirst always!!!
LS swap it
Are there instructions and materials that you used to make this?
Unfortunately not but should be pretty straightforward... do you need something in particular?

+Giaco Whatever whoa. mind. blown.

In a few days, you will make life boring for thousands of people every day, for a couple of minutes.
+JWAM ah! Thanks you brother!
+Giaco Whatever I wish I could say the same (about the future) :D
A vert uninformative video.
