Hi Ronny, I bought your Dall-E course and was looking forward to getting started. However, it would only play for a couple of seconds and then stopped. I tried over multiple days and it wouldn’t work. I had to get a refund from Udemy as they have no way of getting help with problems. Are you planning to release the course on Skillshare, I know that works well? I have never had such problems before with any course on other platforms.

This is definitely annoying and worth investigating further.
We have about 250 students currently enrolled in the course, and no one else mentioned having that same problem.
I'll get in touch with Udemy's support and let them know.
My guts tell me it might be due to the browser you were using for watching the course, would you mind telling me more about that? What browser did you use? Did you try a few different ones?

Oh, and about putting the course on Skillshare: the issue is we are two instructors in this course, so we need to be able to split the revenue. And unfortunately, Skillshare doesn't offer this type of split revenue mechanism. That's also why the course isn't in available in our membership on UA-cam.

After chatting with the Udemy support, here are a few steps they ask me to follow to make sure your system meets their requirements:
1/ Make sure your device meets Udemy's system requirements: support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229231047-System-Requirements
👉 Make sure you are using the latest version of these browsers. It's quite common that you need to update the browser for them to function properly.
2/ Check your internet connection speed: Is your internet speed above 5MBPS?
3/ Check if you are having issues in other courses?
4/ Have you had issues with multiple lectures of the DALL-E course or always the same one?
My husband Mr. Aftab Alam has purchased this course and we are jointly going through it. However, Are you aware that Canva has disabled the screen recording feature for India and Indians. Please comment why this bias against India and Indians. Other readers also please read and comment.

yes I am aware that Canva has discontinued the Present & Record feature in India. We asked them what motivated this decision and they told us they had to remove if for legal reasons specific to the Indian market.
