Lubowa Specialised hospital has taught me not believe anything from this govt until I see it physically. Only USD $130m, that means Uganda can build 10 of these stadiums at a go ! We have a lot of money that is only stolen and wasted . If at all we are paying Ug Shs.250m per day in penalties to road contractors for breaches, how much is that in one year alone ????
