The more you learn about Greek mythology, the more you realise that Zeus not being able to resist the forbidden tango with any mortal is 100% accurate. This is the same Zeus who tried to do the forbidden tango with a swan and a cow. And several of his siblings.
You should totally read HoO (Heroes of Olympus) it’s a really great series with lots of great characters that are being introduced!
I definitely need to! Should i read that before trials of apollo? Or after?
@@bookishnisha Definitely read Trials of Apollo after Heroes of Olympus as the events that happen during Trial of Apollo takes place after the events of Heroes of Olympus.
@@bookishnisha If you can, I recommend reading the Demigod Files first. It is a collection of short stories, most of which happened between books 4 and 5 of PJO, and some events there are important for the Heros of Olympus series.

*The Kane Chronicles* (Egyptian mythology) can be read anytime during or after Heroes of Olympus (plus they end up having crossover stories with Percy + Annabeth).
*Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard* can be read anytime during or after Trials of Apollo. I heard it's okay to do it during, but then I heard definitely read them after, so I played it safe and I'm reading them after (I'm CR Trials of Apollo 4).
That's the simplest answer while still being complete- but I'll reply to my comment to tell you when to do the short stories too for extra fun (I too got back into this in my mid-20's)
Now that you've finished PJO + Demigod Files, I would go in this order (which is more or less publication order; keeping the Norse and Egyptian universes separate for continuity):
Heroes of Olympus 1, 2
The Demigod Diaries
Heroes of Olympus 3, 4, 5
Trials of Apollo 1
Camp Half-Blood Confidential
Trials of Apollo 2, 3, 4
Camp Jupiter Classified
Trials of Apollo 5
The Sun and the Star (takes place almost immediately after the last Trials of Apollo book)
Magnus Chase 1-3
I'd either put Kane Chronicles here at the end, or in between PJO and HoO if you want; that's how I read them as a kid when they were still coming out
There’s also a Magnus Chase novella, Hotel Valhalla Guide to the Norse World
I just looked it up and there are also two Kane Chronicles novellas that I’m now going to have to buy haha
The Riordanverse is fantastic

Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard (MCGA): Sword of Summer, Hammer of Thor, Ship of the Dead
