I had a problem with one particular company . They ignored me my request and ignored me in general. So I simply wrote an e mail saying so I am to understand u do not wish to do business with my company . After that I got what I got a very fast reply asking how many units I needed . But I decided to let them know that I was going with a different supplier because they basically ignored me for 3 months. I wanted very much to partner with them but I decided to notify them that they had been black listed and I would not do business with them or contact them ever again. There are a lot of good suppliers and a lot of very rude ones as well.

I just hope this particular sales rep doesn't hurt the company they work for ,, the company itself had a very high rating of customer satisfaction on Alibaba.
Thanks for the video. I've never had a problem getting a lower MOQ from a supplier. What I'm usually concerned with is how much I should order to meet the weight requirement of my preferred shipping method. One of the biggest mistakes one can make is to order a quantity that doesn't meet the requirement for cheaper shipping methods and pay a shipping cost that exceeds the cost of the products.

I have had this problem before . Chinese are very serious business oriented people,,,This should always be remembered. I was able to get what I needed and cheaper because shipping cost of sea freight they worked with me .

May I suggest that if you know all these people in China than why not set up an agency that connects us with honest and reliable suppliers/finding the best prices/helping with all our customization needs/quality checking/help with going through the importing and shipping process, etc... Most of us are not so familiar with these and would be willing to pay a reliable and trustworthy agency if it were at a cost effective price. I personally am trying to source my first product now and learning so much. I would definitely consider an agent who can help me with all my sourcing in the future if they were reliable, affordable, and trustworthy. I think that I am not just talking for myself but for thousands of others.
Even experienced importers can benefit from this as we would do our own research in trying to get the best price on the exact product we are looking for. If you would be able to offer an even better price than we were able to find than why wouldn't we want to use your agency. I think that you already gained enough trust from your audience through all your quality videos that we would be comfortable relying on you for our business. We also know that you would never want to ruin your good name that you worked so hard to establish for yourself. Make sure I hear about it first if you take any action regarding this issue. Keep up the good work.
To make myself clear: You would leverage all your followers through our tremendous buying power as a whole to negotiate with a few select suppliers that produce each type of material. We would all manufacture our products using those suppliers. We would in return leverage your unique skill, importing experience, and being familiar with China and their people. You tell them that you will bring them thousands of customers if they were to meet our needs. You want them to give us the best prices, lead times, customization, customized packaging, low MOQ's, shipping, etc. There is no way that you won't be able to get us as a whole much better prices and everything else we could want than any single Amazon seller could ever get buying inventory only for himself. What one one person can't do on his/her own can be accomplished when we unite together as one. I love all types of people including the Chinese but let's face it none of us have any interest in flying off to China trying to build a relationship with people we don't understand or speak our language if we don't have to. You step up into the middle deal with all the problems that always arise with shipping and importing and provide excellent and quick service. Hire perfect english speaking customer service agents who are very knowledgeable in the whole process and will be able to really provide quick help when needed. I believe that this will be a real win win situation for everyone. If set up correctly with the right suppliers I think that your agency will grow faster than you can handle. From looking at the comments under all your videos I can see that I am not the only one who appreciates the valuable information that you provide on this channel and I really think that this idea that I am giving yo will really take off.
I would like to make one suggestion though. I notice that although there are hundreds of happy viewers leaving comments and only a handful of them get a reply. Most of the times a "Thank you for your kind words" or "glad you found the video helpful" is all that's needed. That is the only suggestion I have that can make this great UA-cam channel even better. Keep it up.

I am not in a position to set up an agency right now to service the community. I can not half heartedly do sourcing for others or hire mediocre agents to do the work. For now the best I can do is to provide as much training as possible and give people skills to manage the suppliers or agents.

i thank you for all you teaching, because of you i dare to try but right now i'm at dilemma could you give me some input what to do, i try to import from china supplier and we are still ad sample sending stage. The problem is the items that i want for sample cost around $460 (for me that amount is big) and they want me to wire transfer it. I want to pay using paypal but i'm afraid to offended them. A representative pulled the boss card on me before twice .so I offered to buy 400 units instead of 300,, they stood firm and refused. so I told them sorry I wasted your time I will look for another supplier . They pulled the boss card a forth time but I think by showing them I was going to walk away it showed them I was serious and they gave in. Harry, have you been to Japan? The aging population is a huge issue. I dont have any suppliers from Japan, I am not sure if Japan is a good choice of low cost sourcing. But it depends on what you are looking for I guess.
