RURALLY | Colon Cancer Awareness

This animation was made as part of a research project headed by Christina Dobson with funding from Yorkshire Cancer Research, and Newcastle University’s FMS Research Excellence Development Award.
In sharing the research findings, we hoped to encourage people (specifically, men over the age of 40) living in rural areas to go to the doctors early when they encounter symptoms that could relate to bowel cancer.
We worked closely with the client to produce an animation that was able to break through the public's preconceptions around the subject matter.
