You must unplug one thermo sensor's cable to test the thermostat. This is to test the sensor not the electrical circuit.

Is it possible to identify which sensor is for temperature by looking at the wiring?

Hi my Via Veneto make's the COffe COLD and i open it and the L127 Sensor is Melted can that be the case of making the coffe cold?
