Probably because how the game process the demos when they demo each other at the same time.

I figured it out! It's however much boost you had when you died is transfered as points to the opponent :O wonder if it would work for heatquake goal explosions o.o
No because they only got the points on respawn. There isn't enough time between goal explosion and instant replay to respawn.
@Zel-Veraan if you watch when they had 69 points at the beginning and leth spawned himself they went to 102 score and leth had 33 boost. It is the boost the person has that gets demolished.
@@ItzDFern I know. But those points are only awarded to the demoer when the demoed player respawns.
The demo score is based on how much boost the person that got blown up had left when they were hit. Let had 69 boost the first time he got hit.
Have they already done a mode where they have to play off the ceiling? If not can we see that
There have been a couple variations using different gravity. Believe there was one where the gravity was reversed, but can't recall the name of the video.
i think i got it by min 4 and 22 sec, its boost left after you respawn, points are added when you score a goal and when you demo a opponent, when trying too swap teams u loose score because it reads for the other team.

I would like to see a game where the speed of the ball is constant and based off the speed of the last goal. Essentially the ball speed will change with every goal.

Unrelated note: after 5 grueling years battling SSLs, GCs, and Mechanical Champs and Diamonds, I have finally been granted the rank or Champ and moved onward to new heights. (Played 5 matches so far 3-2 as of being champ now)
Watching Lethamyr play for the past few years has helped me learn that in order to win offensively I have to first win defensively. So thank you Lethamyr for being one of the best supports I’ve had and keeping my love for the game going.
