I mean it's clearly a lovely place to live. I'd probably want to put a sail or some kind of roof over the back deck, and one or two things have aged, but that is a nice home. Do the maths though... at 12.5m baht for leasehold, you are paying 20,000 baht a month rent for the next 52 years UPFRONT, before any condo fees etc. You have 400m2 of land, plus access to a golf course, so i am guessing another 10k a month in fees. That's 30k a month rent for the next 52 years, paid in full upfront. And unlike a normal rental, you are liable for any and all repairs to the property. I guess if have the money, like it and want somewhere where the landlord will leave you alone, then fine. Not so sure about it as an investment or a smart place to put your money though.
