Been enjoying this SOC series of videos. My partner and I are also looking forward to see you play Duck Detective, it's definitely a boring dad game, shorter play time, and fully voice acted so we wont get to enjoy you doing the roles.

I think it's neat that this game put the campaign narratives at odds. Because that's always how it goes right? In the moment each side perceives their own actions as good/honorable/just/heroic and their opponents as the opposite of those traits. It's rarely as simple as right/wrong or good/evil though. So much nuance gets lost in the propaganda.

6k! 10k in sight! 🎉 your voice acting is amazing, beats even Josh Strife Hayes imho. Unfortunately sometimes you cover games “out of my interest”. Have you considered alternating indie games with “older established” games? E.g. with the fallout show every UA-camr is now playing Fallout 4 or 76, but imho Fallout 1 and 2 would fit your channel enormously (and benefit from the hype)
Cheers! 😄 I try to play newer games as much as I can, but I'm open to older ones too. I'm enjoying the classic point and clicks I'm playing so far this year, so maybe when I've worked through those might experiment with some long plays of other types of older games, will think on it!
@@boringdadgaming I pas purely thinking "commercial" to get views and subs since the fallout hype :-). And fallout 1 and two are isometric point and click and look very indyish :-) - just a thought :-)
I'd recommend fallout 2 thought for a completionist like you. You'll find more loot than in BG3 😛. same style/graphics but FO2 has a bit more depth
Problem is you'll either do it fast or you'll miss the hype. My youtube recommendation channel is absolutely flooded with Fallout game plays 🙂
