275 GTB 4 is without a doubt my favourite Ferrari I would have it over any other Ferrari any day of the week. And what a lovely interview the owner gave, I can imagine sitting down in a nice country pub talking cars with him I'm not getting bored.
Lovely video. Congratulations to the owner. That's a great 4 cam he has there. 275GTBs came first in class at Le Mans in 1965 3rd OA (275 GTB Competizione Speciale), 1966 8th OA (275 GTB/C) and 1967 11th OA (275 GTB/C). The 275 GTB didn't win its class in 1968 and I don't think Peter Sutcliffe ever raced a 275 GTB at Le Mans. The 275 GTBs that raced at LM were alloy bodied competition cars built by Ing. Mauro Forghieri's Racing Dep't and quite different underneath to the road cars. The alloy used for the bodies on the 275 GTB/C cars was almost paper thin and along with magnesium being used in the engine and transaxle made them very light. The owner is correct in that the 275 GTB/4 is one of the greatest road Ferraris of all time. The epitome of the Ferrari GT car, imo.
I had the incredible opportunity to go for somewhat of a joyride in a 275 GTB/4 just this past summer. This has got to be one of the most beautiful designs to have come out of the Ferrari factory. That V12 absolutely sings, the gated manual harmonizes with it. Thank you for the video! I might be uploading some of the few clips I have
And then there were the V12 and manual combo I mean the only thing that we have now that has that V12 and manual combo is the V12 Vantage but it can never beat a stick shift manual Ferrari or that mechanical clunk as you shift through the gears
Yes Sir the most beautiful Ferrari ever built!!!!, this car in poarticular is in very well shape!!! original!!, it is areal pleasure to see a "pur-sang" in this condition!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
What a gorgeous colour! I think my dream Ferrari would be that exact blue, with a blood-red interior. Also great to hear that he regularly puts serious miles on a car like this.
Wow yes 275 is I think the best looking Ferrari made. You should source a RHD (no doubt a car you have owned before). I feel very privileged to get and insight to your ownership. Mega mega cool. I just can't get over this level of insight.
David Greenman thanks for watching and for your feedback! We intend to do more of these and hopefully feature some of his other cars. Love the classics as they all have their own stories
Let me delete that RHD comment after my 3 viewing, I love my distant families 330, but just wow the 275/4 has well, just wow. Thanks so much much for sharing.
Simply gorgeous, my all-time real Ferrari favorite, they were simply cheap a few years ago, now there out-of-sight, the convertibles are in the stratosphere..........
I understand this gentlemen. In my late teens I had an Austin Healey 100/4 that I simply loved. At the time I lusted for a 250 GTO or a DB4 Zagato. I've had many wonderful cards over the years and last year I got my Ferrari.
I was on the M4 one evening delivering a Porsche 997 when I pulled into some services for fuel. A guy was fiddling with the boot lock on a blue 275/4 after his partner had trapped a dress around the boot latch and jammed it up, he was cool enough to reply when I asked him if it was a quad cam....... but he didn't seem to impressed by his girlfriend! If it was me I'd have made her walk!
And yet Enzo thought the E type to be more beautiful. I think the E type is prettier but the 275 is in its own league. I know which one Id have Forza Ferrari.
Bah humbug. Some of us know very well what a 4 cam is. When seeing one, the main query is whether it is genuine - or a twin cam car that's had its flat bonnet replaced...?!
Actually, on that particular bend, you can see across the fields and what’s oncoming (or not) to the top right of the hill (especially in winter). I’ve literally been through that bit of road hundreds of times, and it hasn’t changed since the early days when I was still at school. A few decades ago driving from home to a riverside pub and back, where I worked at weekends. I still remember replying to customers, already seated at the bar, with the news updates on the Falklands War! The camber is helpful in both directions, and I used to imagine it was a mini ‘Eau Rouge’.
boring bubble of a car (not the drivetrain). looks like a datsun with louvers. in all seriousness, the modern incarnate (f12 tdf) doesn't look better? nice piece of history though.
beautiful in every way
for ears and eyes.
thanks guys for sharing.
the colour is perfect for this sculpture
stardust4711 she's a beauty! We loved shooting this one, such a special car

One of Ferrari's finest. A true beauty. A rolling sculpture and so passionately presented ... in a British way.

Beautifully done! Love these stories about not just the car, but about the way the owners relate to them - they get driven!

All classic Ferrari and generally all cars from 60s and 70s era were beautiful to look at well most of them anyway.
And then there were the V12 and manual combo I mean the only thing that we have now that has that V12 and manual combo is the V12 Vantage but it can never beat a stick shift manual Ferrari or that mechanical clunk as you shift through the gears

The owner not only loves the cars for what they are but loves the memories of the usage- that ownership brings
#usedandenjoyed-notjuststored
Excellent review of this gorgeous classic! Thank you!
This guy is my new hero! Legend.
What a gorgeous colour! I think my dream Ferrari would be that exact blue, with a blood-red interior.

I'm in my thirties and I must admit that the 275 GTB4 is the most beautiful car ever created.
Probably my best supercar drivers video.
Dare I say.....very petrolicious in its creation. 🤗
Hes lived a good life. I can't say I'm not jealous, its a car ill never own or even get the chance to drive 😞

David Greenman it's our pleasure! Nice to share with an appreciative audience 👍
Yes Sir!!!,the most beautiful Ferrari ever built!!!!...
What a class act.
Looks a lot like Steve McQueen’s 1967 one, except for the side view mirror...
Totally agree with this. My good friend Mike Botts of the rock group Bread owned one.
This might be the best car ever
Epic in every way
Simply gorgeous, my all-time real Ferrari favorite, they were simply cheap a few years ago, now there out-of-sight, the convertibles are in the stratosphere..........

The 250 GTO and DB4 Zagato are probably the two best looking cars of all the time, the Aston just pips the Ferrari for me. Which model did you buy?
@@graygamingps4503 I have a wonderful 2009 F430 F1.
Just came across this one again. The 275 GTB/4 is the holy grail of motoring.
Welcome back! New video in 3 days!
A Ferrari masterpiece!
OMG, I'd never sell it. Dream car both looks + sound.
This is the car that I would most like to own. To me its the most beautiful car ever made.
The best looking car ever made, if I win the lottery that would be my first purchase
That blue is amazing...
Nicely done!
When I hear Ferrari I see F40 in red but damn it this 275 GTB/4 is so stunning in blue (still love David Lee's red one more)
Absolutely gorgeous car. A lovely video to boot!
What a perfect gentleman
How beautiful. Dream car for me. You'd feel like Steve Mcqueen driving out on a summers day. 😎
Enjoy it as long as possible. 😊😊😊
Great car, nicely filmed.
"My Ferrari 275 GTB" must feel good saying that
the most beautiful Ferrari,
hence, the most beautiful car ever
greatest cars cam in the 60's. it's true
Wonderful video
Thank you
Still love this video 💙
That first clip, how ever it was filmed or edited make me feel sick!
EDIT:probably 50fps. Guess it was filmed at 30.
bolloksitsmeee filmed at 50fps needs to be viewed at 50fps... UA-cam sometimes drops it 25fps is connection is not. Fast enough.
Beautiful
Just joined i live in sileby just near wymeswold
A proper Ferrari owner...
🙌🏼
I live pure petrol heads.
What a great gentleman racer ⭐️
Yes it is.
And yet Enzo thought the E type to be more beautiful. I think the E type is prettier but the 275 is in its own league. I know which one Id have Forza Ferrari.
Very nice Ferrari 275 Gtb👍👍👍👌👌👌
I saw the channel name and was expecting some obnoxious UA-camr but thought the car was interesting enough. It was a fantastic piece.
haha thanks! Make sure you watch the more recent one with his DB3S and Ferrari P4 too!
@@scd Already there! haha
We have one in the family :) !
J k cloud 9 car ..... stunning.
Was this the same model Ferrari in The Rendevous?
Bah humbug. Some of us know very well what a 4 cam is. When seeing one, the main query is whether it is genuine - or a twin cam car that's had its flat bonnet replaced...?!
4.23, you've got to be kidding me with that overtake shot...left hooker as well? It's a multi million pound car!
Actually, on that particular bend, you can see across the fields and what’s oncoming (or not) to the top right of the hill (especially in winter). Just a flat out beautiful car. You know lines when you see em...lot a smokin lady!
Arguably the prettiest Ferrari!
Miles Davis had one of these. In red. A cooler guy than this old geezer.
I wonder how much one of these would cost today
Anthony DeLuca 2 mill

Gordon Music think they look stunning in all colours.. the sign of a special car imo
+TheSUPERCARDRIVER ,and the sound priceless
Hey man... let me borrow your car man... can I use your car?
Solo le Ferrari berlina hanno il privilegio di nn avere prezzo....(forse altre poche elette).
🌚
This is not a car this is a WORK OF ART !!!
Yea... and no spoke wheels.
I thought...wow...nice...sweet... wealthy douche...
boring bubble of a car (not the drivetrain). looks like a datsun with louvers. in all seriousness, the modern incarnate (f12 tdf) doesn't look better? nice piece of history though.
Agreed! Cause everyone remembers those 1964 Datsun 240Z that influenced the 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/4.
