I have one more thing to add. The engine oil capacity for Hornet 2.0 is around 800ml, So when you change your Engine oil don't put 1ltr oil in the engine. As excess oil will cause it to leak from engine head.
i had same problem from 500 kms.i said in first service to fix they changed o ring it dint work. after 2 days same problem. again they fixed with o ring it didnt work. third time they use sealant it is fixed. now i am running at 8000 kms no problem till now. you can ask them to put sealant. i had one more strange problem after 4500kms my headlight and ABS got malfunctioned. light will work for some time and switchoff while you driving. ABS also same and then after some 1 or 2 day it stopped working. i asked them to fix it. they had my bike for 2 days and said rectifier is gone we need to order atleast 15 days it will take rectifier to come, they dont have spares for this even in biggest showroom. i cant ride after 6 pm an i did long travel without proper headlight. i asked them i need to fix it with extra headlight they said if you alter the electrical warranty wont cover for any electrical parts just like my rectifier gone. so i idint add extra headlight or fog light. i got rectifier after 1 month. for Hornet 2.0 service and spare parts giving by honda is not upto the mark as this is their premium bike in below 200cc category. even i would say price is on the higher side. they should have provied liquid cooled engine.
Brother I think Honda messed up this hornet 2.0. Service centres wont be able to fix something which the manufactured messed up. I think it was a mistake buying this vehicle. For now I am not facing this engine problem.
I have also face such type; of issue on My Hornet repsol. MOSCOT Honda service centre rectify it.They replace only head seal .After that issue was resolved.

Brother mere sath wale jitne bhi logo ke pas ye bike hai sb m hua or kuch mere followers hai unki bike m bhi hua isliye honda ne bich m kuch time ke liye bike band kr di thi fir thoda upgrade kiya fir wapas aai fir abhi or upgrade kr ke fir se relunch ki hai 2023 model
