- Avalanche is a stamina showcase event where players from all around the world come together to push themselves to their physical limits. Each player has 3 hours to play as many D20s or higher as possible, no singles are allowed. There are NO warmups allowed in this event either, once you start playing the clock starts counting. Wouldn’t the massage guns kinda mess everything up? They’re more of a muscle relaxer which makes you not wanna move. In track and field using massage techs were always to ease up the muscle to relax the person
They helped a ton honestly, I felt better after each time.
