Being a waitress is difficult physically. You stand for 8hrs plus overtime, breaktime for 20 to 30mins if you're lucky 1hr, i used to be a waitress for the events and the only way i can sit down is when i pee. Lol those days

Trust me, this is only British humor, Gordon is extremely respectful to all waiters, just judging from his shows it shows already
Everything you do we have to do as cooks in the kitchen on a time crunch in the heat while executing perfection of texture , taste and timing. Hearing boo hoo front of house whine about their shoes hurting their feet after 8hrs of work while we get to work at 7am for 14hrs+ is beyond eye rollingly irritating. You dont know difficult. You dont know tired.
Gordon is probably meaning that it is easy compared to them stressing in prepping and making the food.
@@DanielgunKim Well yeah i totally agree cuz i experienced working in the kitchen too but I'm in a dispatch area and it really is stressing and you gotta need to handle the pressure but being a waitress is hard too but not as hard when you work in the kitchen.

I’m vegan and that dinner doesn’t look great. It’s not hard to make a good vegan roast dinner. Most of it is veg anyway so there isn’t much to change. I’m assuming it comes with gravy which would make it look a little better.
