I'm really liking what you guys are doing here. I'll definitely be getting a L bracket and boomerang for my R5.
I have a question about the boomerang. Can the boomerang be attached to the base plate while you have the hand strap attached?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to install the Flash bracket if you have the strap mounted on the L-bracket. You can't use the hand strap and flash bracket at the same time.

@@PromediagearPMG thank you for the reply and that's good to know. I will use a standard strap during events where I use the flash bracket.

I love your gear but struggle to find suppliers here is Australia. Very keen to get the R5 L bracket... Can you recommend best value stock for Aussie buyers?

You note that the cable gets in the way of a large clamp when there is an A10 installed. I run the cable under the A10 from the other side of the L-bracket. That way the cable does not block any of the clamping groove. I use this L-bracket with the A10 and a c60 clamp and get more than 50mm of the clamp on the bracket. Is there some reason to not run the cable into large opening then under the A10?

I have the R5 with the battery grip and just looking for a L bracket, I don't like that one they have sticks forward, do they make a slide into the base plate that I can attach, don't care if it covers the ports just need it for shooting vertically, or am I stuck getting the RRS L plate.

Does the port side of l bracket move back towards camera or just fixed position

@@chaos2kProductions It's adjustable, can slide in and out about 2 inches.

The L part of the L bracket should attach like the handles. Having to fully remove the 2 screws is kind of a pia and I worry about losing them.
