I'm an ATR 42-600 pilot. All I can say is that this is such an amazing aircraft. Pretty challenging to fly at first but still a wonderful experience once you learn it.
cruxader27 you are?cool , Quick question ,does the ATR series have the pull out tray-table like on Airbus aircrafts ? In Boeing A/c your food tray goes on your lap I hear .
Hallo my fellow ATR rider, if i may. I wan't to ask you about before you do the APM test why you change the power management first. Thank you for your info before.
Thats because the avionics bay isn't getting any cooling, should this continue for a long time the avionics would get damaged, so the horn sounds to alert crew or maintenence around the aircraft should this happens for any other reason when the aircraft is unattended, it`s pretty much a cry for help
There is a differentiation between can it be flown solo and is it allowed, any aircraft even an A380 CAN be flown solo so if something happens to one pilot it can still be flown and landed, but no an aircraft of this size would not be single pilot certified for general operation.

Hum… we get very little explanation here, even no subtitles ; every move is towards pitch dark parts of the cockpit, we get sounds, we get green Ts, we get a full lighted aspect of the whole gang of warnings… but I still don't know what's happening here, and what are these green big Ts
Hey, sorry about that, i'll work on something more explanatory, it's just that it's a lot of work and i've been kind of busy, as for the green Ts, it means that the display units are self-testing on inicialization
I like turboprop planes but i don't wanna become turboprop plane pilot because you can't fly long distance for example you can't go to miami from europe like that.. So being airbus pilot is more better..
The noise it makes when the ground power is activated is so satisfying!
Nick Aviation HD i agree its the best sound ever just try to hear gggggggigiiiiiiiiii its sooo nice! Love It

It doesn't, the food will go in your lap
deal breaker
42 must be great with all that extra power and 600 avionics!! Plus handling would be awesome due to the shorter arm compared the cessna 72-500 ;)
Much agreed as I make the transition.
ATR 72-600 is my favourite turboprop plane.
Sensacional, parabéns pelos videos. ATR é uma máquina incrível.
You can just see and hear all that Airbus DNA...what a nice machine!
Sensacional.
That sound at 3:!5 - sounds like PACMAN, I swear.
It was!
Que coisa linda cara ! Parabens pelo video !
More pov ATR 72 videos bro... I love it
Very rare to see this, nice!
As a former Dash 8 Q400 pilot the ATR has always intrigued me for some reason but anyway nice video.

Those sirens and bells would drive me crazy.
Love how "Airbus-y" this plane is (and yes, I know airbus is involved with ATR)
Cockpit preparation do 37 é fichinha perto desse aí... quantos testes, alarmes, botões...
This is out of my mind
Camerawork was too fast... So I slowed it down in VLC and it was fantastic.....
Good Video !
Thanks

Hello my friend, i did not actually change it, i was showing that I was checking that it was actually in the TO setting
Great video! When did he turn on the battery in this ATR? Was it before the video started?
Battery was turned on at 07 seconds
pq a demora pra postar videos?
Hi! After you do the smoke test, you reset the exhaust mode. Why does the horn sound when you do that?
Thats because the avionics bay isn't getting any cooling, should this continue for a long time the avionics would get damaged, so the horn sounds to alert crew or maintenence around the aircraft should this happens for any other reason when the aircraft is unattended, it`s pretty much a cry for help
I see! Thank you very much for your answer!
Dialogue would be useful.
cm2 doesn't perform left lateral panel check?
strange flow.. and ? for the crossfeed test
Camera isn't moving around fast enough.
I want to be a captain pilot of Maswings Mates so much.✈✈👷👷👮👮
atr da azul??
I get very dizzy
Can you make a video of MCDU programming please ?
It's on my to-do list!
Awesome
Parou o canal? :(
Very similar to the a320
Yes they are quite similar
Can you fly that type of plane Solo, or do you need a Co plot?
You need 2 pilots to fly it, but in case of a pilot incapacitation mid flight we are trained to fly and land it by ourselves
OK Thanks

Sir, stand still, make me dizzy!!

Azul Airlines?
Correct
Never do the radar test at the bay
