I've worked in finance for over 20 years. I have to call the IRS frequently. It's not uncommon for me to wait 45 minutes or more for someone to answer. Once on the phone, about 10% of the agents are nice. The rest seem annoyed that they have to talk to me.
Me personally, I am sick of paying people so I can get paid.

@@Dan-fh1kh bro ur trippin. thats a department of transportion job. as far as "filing taxes" paying another person to punch keys on a comp is pointless when an A.I. system can do it more efficiently and for free.

what do any of these departs do with this data they have and think of why working you be working at home it? it blows the mind when hacks happen and info is taken it is not just this depart. . a lot of there depart have not come back after three years.

That's awesome! Change the PROCESS to match the tool. What a dope! You develop the best process you can by doing a gap analysis. Map out best process first. Next evaluate current process. Map out new process as close as possible to best process with as few modifications as possible. Once you have the process complete, THEN FIND A TOOL THAT WILL SUPPORT THAT PROCESS! SIMPLE. BEEN DOING THIS IN PHARMA FOR 35 PLUS YEARS. PIECE OF CAKE. I bet you this dummy develops his org chart based on who works there currently and has never heard of a functional org chart!
I had to file a separate little image of a tax form for investment income that was for five dollars on some foreign investment my retirement company did.
I had to scan the file to pdf and reduce the size. I am old as hell and had no idea how to do any of it. Finally my daughter had to use another computer to take over mine and manipulate the keyboard remotely. I like the free software to do my taxes because it asks you the same questions that the tax preparer would. These little niggling bits like my example just can drive you nuts. Instead of filing two weeks early, I was only a few days early.
