Agreed. This clip made my morning, what a sensational piece of footage; arguably one of the best vehicles ever built, being driven exactly how it was meant to be driven. Not thrashed, but pushed respectfully hard. If I was blessed enough with the means to own such a car, I'd drive it exactly the same. maintenance is everything. As long as a car is maintained to manufacturer's specifications, warmed up before being driven respectfully hard, and allowed to cool down on the tail leg before being turned off, it's happy days for both the car and the driver :)
Kicking the back end like that on an F40 that has no traction control or other electronic nannies is far more impressive than anything people do with more modern supercars. Fantastic driving, fantastic camerawork and editing and fantastic car.

I’ve been in my fair share of fast cars, but nothing prepared me for my first passenger ride in an F40. Shut it you either don't care about cars or you've got a lot to learn. I know this is a poster car but you need to realize a lot of poster cars don't actually drive nice and are only worth dreaming about, not worth driving. What do you want to do? Do you want to look at it? -> buy a replica or a clay model of the car Do you want to drive it? -> buy a better drivers car with the money Do you want to own it as an investment -> buy a better investment, there are other investments which are nice to look at such as watches. Sorry to burst your bubble but this is not a car you should aspire to own because that's A) unrealistic B) you can get a better driving experience for less than half of the money. This is a million dollar car, meaning you would not only have to earn a million dollars to be able to afford it, but you'd need to earn much more in order to be able to drive it because anytime you take it out you're taking a risk. If your plan for winning the lottery is buying an F40 that's incredibly unreasonable. Your dreams don't have to make sense I'm just telling you this wouldn't be much fun to own, and people who buy cars to look at them or as investments are kinda despicable when it comes to dream cars.
@@OttepStenHD Actually if you see it as a challenge and you know the car is hard to drive then it might be worth your time. I'm just saying it has no ABS, no traction control, so easy to crash this car. So you need to be a driver to aspire to own it. And you need much more than a million $ to take it out and risk totaling it. It's an extremely raw driving experience so if that's what you want and you want to actually drive the car that's sick, I hope you achieve it. Other than that I strongly recommend any other Ferrari that's more safe, more practical, usable and so on. I know a guy who owns an F40 and his hasn't left the garage in years. It's as if it was a clay model, no point to owning it besides an "investment" but there are better investments. So as far as I'm concerned there are much better dream cars but if you're in love with it and you're a driver then the only thing you're missing is money.
@@アマ-p2l some car's just get stuck in your head, other cars on my dream garage list are also hard to drive. I'm not a big admirer of new car's with tech stuff. Probably never going to own an F40 or even drive it, maybe at best see it somewhere. But a man can dream and to each his own 🤟

@@アマ-p2l wtf
@@アマ-p2l hey man, a car drive's as it drives... it's up to the driver to step up to the challenge
But a man can dream and to each his own 🤟
Well done for not talking. So many car channel presenters on UA-cam seam to think we want to listen to them ranting on - we don't! Great camera shots too.
Dammmnnn, love it!
The opening scene is at the place where Taxi 2 took place and the 3 Evos with the 406 were going head to head, I literally watched that movie for 100 times and also last night again lmao
He went from day to night in that beauty..and so would i. All these years later and still my dream car.
rev match a 2:46 was smooth as fuck
Great video! No bullshit, no talking for 30 minutes before actually stepping in the car. Just a great car filmed beautifully
Finally, a real car video!!! Gated 6, heel/toe, no stupid tablet sticking out from the dash, no crappy rap or chipmunk music..Thank-You, Thank-You, Thank-You😁!!! Awesome driving!!!
Im glad that people like you still exist
Rarely, if ever, do I replay a UA-cam video. I’ve watched this 5 times. ❤️
Yes this is the one i saw from time to time and the country side roads i ride since i'm child. That made that video an absolute love.
I’d cut out life savings and consider purchasing an F40 not for myself (I don’t have steel balls to drive this) but for this guy. He and the car make a perfect duo.
That pedal foot work was like hands on a piano ❤
never in my life did i think id see someone drift a clean F40....just BEAUTIFUL
One of the most special cars ever, my number one since it came out! Great sound, fantastic driving.
F40 is and will forever be the most beautiful car ever produced 😍
Best F40 video on youtube or ever for that matter!! If only Enzo was alive to see this he was have a smile on his face!..
Hey mate, I came from a lame F40 review, dude was cruising and flexing in his village… but hey thank you so much for this!!! Finally someone who is enjoying this car how it should be!!!
My God the F40. The most amazing car ever made hands down
This is one of my all time favorite videos with my all time favorite Ferrari. Legendary!! 👌
Such an amazing car and I must say, what a nice variety of interior and exterior shots as they really give the viewer something to see! Thanks :)
Não existe carro mais perfeito do que esse , tudo nele se encaixa em perfeita harmonia , o motor tem alma ! F40 sempre será a melhor ! Parabéns pelo vídeo , ótima qualidade muito bem feito ! Sem contar o domínio do piloto sobre a máquina ! Puro talento , zero assistência mecânica !
This video has to have, by far and away, the most deserving "Most replayed" section of any video on UA-cam.
Just awesome!
Perfectly driven as all sports cars should be.
Pure passion on 4 wheels. The best F40 video i've ever seen, thanks.
That las shot from behind the rear spoiler is SPECTACULAR. The backfire... my god!
Oh my God, that was Awesome! Great to see an F40 being driven hard rather than being treated like a static ornament. If i had the money I'd like to think I'd do the same thing
F40 in the wild. This car deserves this owner!!
This is still my absolute favorite Ferrari ever made, and this video just reinforces that sentiment, F40 is the pinnacle of Enzo’s road car endeavors
2:24 what a perfect downshift
