Albert dock looks fantastic but that was before peel holdings . I’m not sure about the docks being used to stockpile mountains of scrap metal and the building of empty cheap build unused offices. Smaller brick built buildings would be 100% better and in keeping with the rest. Stanley warehouse and the titanic hotel looks good but then again that’s not peel holdings. I hope they don’t fill in any more docks and just let someone else in to manage it
I wonder who is getting the backhander for planning to build a HGV road through a country park. Rimrose Vally. PEEL PORT or HIGHWAYS AND BYWAYS ENGLIND.
I’m not seeing anything related to creativity, design, or habitability here. Apparently creating spaces people can both enjoy & utilize & build traditions upon is totally beyond Peel Groups abilities?? Somethings should be preserved for historical purposes; I doubt Peel has any eye for beauty…
I see your videos reflect your business model... Done on the cheap and blows about in the wind. You couldn't even be bothered to hire a professional drone photography company.
@Michael Birkett Now that Joe has gone, I doubt Peel is going to have as much success with planning permission. Peel will have to stop throwing up the cheapest, nastiest buildings possible. God, I hope the Police investigation into Joe finds some dirt on these cowboys.

There's nothing there of any historical value.
Someone bought a new drone!
