With the high rates of interest charged by the banks it is always better to rent if you have already own a house. We should also think about the depreciation value of apartments after 10 or 15 years.
To sum it up, Dubai property owner certificate which is' Title deed, is just one page and here in India it keeps on going and very complex to understand by lay man.... Duboiii is Duboiii ❤🤩
Hello Rk , I am interested to work in the field of real estate and i am a college passout fresher . So my question is from where to begin my real estate journey so i can explore more and learn more about this field and make some future ahead in this . Thanks For the Podcast really helpful and informative. Waiting for the reply 🤞
In Dubai, you have free websites to check the prices/rents of the apartments, villas, and know the market price. do we have same for Indian cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore?
Hello RK.. I'm working in a corporate but I'm very passionate about the real estate market, I like to explore and evaluate the properties, future prospects of the location, and pricing against the carpet and facilities. I keep reading RERA requirements etc.. I genuinely feel I should start working in this field as a part time hustle. I'm about to join the RERA Agent training course soon and will apply then for the agent licence.. Could you please.. please.. Guide me so that I think about property agent as one of the options for my part time hustle Thanks a lot in advance Rahul From Kalyan
I have stayed on rent for 8 years: and don't recommend it 1. You have to change every 11 months 2. Next time I got the apartment conforming, I want it for 3 years, landlord said yes, and than sold it in 1 year 3. Next time, landlord asked me to vacate saying he is coming back to live there, and gave it on higher rent :) 4. there are other issues, such as you can't modify / change or do anything 5. Society members always discriminate with people on rent 6. Parking guest parking will never be available 7. even if you keep shifting in the similar area, your entire ecosystem will change I could go on, but anyway, always buy at least your first apartment
@@rk.ravikewalramani yes sir, also buying vs renting narrative is being built so that market leaders of other asset class get more allocation of money from the individual. for eg. Shares / MFs etc. otherwise they always lose it to, Gold and Real Estate in India. finally, unlike US and Europe you can take apartment on lease and live your entire life there, without any interference from landlord, in most cases here, it doesn't happen. May be good / high rent / luxurious society it happens. but not in most cases.
Hi Ravi , Im from Abu Dhabi, i have around 6 years of experience in sales. im very interested to get into real estate but unfortunately i didnt get any job opportunity as employers ask for an experience in real estate. if i join your masterclass would you be able to help me get into real estate here?
