in this video, I bake the "GIRL'S" cake - a cake from my childhood! The cake turns out to be extremely delicious, with a very spectacular cut! This cake is prepared very quickly and from the simplest ingredients! Very tasty, fast and budget-friendly!
INGREDIENTS for 3 cake layers with a diameter of 18 cm:
3 medium-sized eggs at room temperature
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
150 g of sugar
200 g sour cream (fat content of 10% -20%) Instead of sour cream, you can also take 200 g of mayonnaise
200 g of sweetened condensed milk
250 g of flour
7 g of baking powder
12 g of cocoa powder for chocolate dough
I bake both forms at once on one baking sheet in a preheated oven to 175 degrees Celsius. The upper-lower mode without convection at the average level.
The chocolate layer is baked for about 25 minutes (I take it out before the vanilla layer from the oven),
and the vanilla layer is baked further and in total the vanilla layer is baked for about 40 minutes.
INGREDIENTS for the cream:
100 g of sweetened condensed milk
15 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
16 g of thickener for cream
300 g of sour cream with a fat content of 20-30 % (I have sour cream with 30% fat content)
if desired, you can add the zest of one lemon to the cream (I do not add lemon zest)
