I'm am the white guy when I sing something I'm really feeling... my hands won't stop. 😂 I approve big time.
The soloist was brilliant, the slap bass was epic, the backup vocalists are soooo talented... yet the mix/arrangement just didn't come together to my ear. It felt tentative, the middle singer was too far from the mic, it all ended up feeling a little uncertain. The soloist was so epic though, it pulled off the whole thing.
This was so bad. Big fan of other Stories colab. This was bad. Very bad.
runs aren't a substitute for emotive singing. it's hard to have an arc to the song with monotonous vocals.
The harmony is not pleasant, sounds like a poor mixing job
