I’ve been practicing the first excerpt a lot and every 1 out of 4 reps I play has no missed notes. How can I make it to where I miss no notes every rep?

When you figure that out tell the rest of us!! In all seriousness it sounds like you need to take the excerpt under tempo and solidify the notes you know. Take it around 70, which I know is SUPER slow, but make sure you can nail it 10 out of 10 times. Then increase the tempo. Slowly you can work your way up. It will never be perfect everytime, but with slow practice you can get the percentage higher. Good luck!
