man, thanks for th upload. i had the problem first time, then i thought it worked when i turned the usb c top to bottom, although i fadely remember doing the flashing lights thing from button experiments then you've clarified the process. thanks for making this video!

i'm now on my 3rd Volta under warranty. the battery connection lead seems fragile....... same issue with first two after a few monthe the internal battery charged but no power from USB C Lead. seems a common issue!?

😢 I have a Volta and a GoPro 10 when I received it connected with my GoPro and worked,but now for some reason it does not connect and does not recharge my GoPro battery.The battery charging symbol comes on,though it’s charging and then immediately stops charging,and the mode button and the record button does not work.

Mine was not charging had energy on it but my GoPro 12 was connected and with 60% loading charger is this normal? What's the point having a charging tripod that don't charge the GoPro

Thanks a lot bro. I have another problem. Charging light is blinking but it never increases when it's plugged. Battery level light stucks on same level even after hours while it's charging. Do you have any tips about this? Thanks!

@@Azza_Daein change the adaptor and cable. I fixed it by using 100W adapter and cable.

Do you know why my volta won't charge my go pro? it just won't charge it. It connects via Bluetooth though
Hey sorry for the late response, just saw this.
I would take out the battery for ten seconds and put it back in and see if it will charge. If that doesn't work, hold down the power button on the camera for ten seconds and try it out
@@swifttothemax thanks I did try that, I actually had to exchange it because the metal connector on the Volta that plugs into my go pro got very flimsy and stopped having a good connection
