      I don’t think they do anymore. I’d love to get my hands on the others they have! The jr would be an amazing steak Cookoff cooker. The auto kamado would be perfect for cook offs too!

    I just recently started thinking about adding some briquets to lump charcoal as a possible temperature management idea, especially since I don't have a fan regulated smoker. Then I find this video, cool! Definitely trying today.

    Looked like it turned out good. A few months ago that kamado was just taking up space and now it's doing it's getting a workout. Nice!

    Adding water to a kamado makes getting bark even more difficult out of a cooker that is already a very moist environment

      In a dry climate, it doesn’t do that. But I can see how the low airflow in a humid environment would make that happen. I’m in a place that gets 13” of rain a year soooo water helps.
