There was never a "one child policy" in China, it was actually called "family planning policy", as many families were allowed to have 2 kids at the very beginning, like minority groups, etc, also only people who were government officials or public servants etc cared about the policy, people lived in rural areas didn't give a f**k to the policy... Current policy is to encourage each family to have 3 kids, so Ma Long is still one more kid to catch...
