Wow! Awesome information ❣️ This is the BEST moonshine tasting video on UA-cam, informative without the background noise 🥃
Yum yum
That's a lot of Moonshine. Happy recovering. 😆
Forget Beer Thirty, it's Moonshine o'clock 👍👍👍👍👍
My husband and I usually get Sugarland’s moonshine at our local liquor stores. On our last trip to Pigeon Forge, we went to 2 of the locations of TN Shine Co., and we were rather surprised how well we like most of them.
Love all of your Smoky Mountain videos!
I would love to visit these places cheers from Saskachewan Canada✌
This is my favorite vid of the Smokies, my fiancée and I love moonshine sampling, you just planned out next trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, thank you
Terrific video! Thanks for putting it all together.
Thanks for the kind words
don't forget about the distillery in Wears Valley. Also Ole Smokey recently released a 153 proof. Sugarland also has a cocktail bar in the back of the store. Not sure due to the ick nasty if it was open or not.
Cocktail bar was closed during my visit and that 153 must be vicious
@@IntheLoopPodcast tore up from the floor up lol....and it's only available at their distilleries
I work right next to the ol smokey moonshine. At five guys
i saw you vlogging at kennywood a few weeks ago, are you posting it?
Went to Gatlinburg Distillery. I got the Dark Choc coffee. How do I drink it though? I took a shot. But rather enjoy it longer so i am not sure what to mix it in?
Sevier Distilling Co. has a tour of the distillery and they explain the whole process, which is pretty interesting. Might want to check that one out as well. As I recall, the tastings are free.
Nope 5 dollars if you buy 5 off
Do you know any information on the budget hotels near the strip? We were considering econo lodge convention center OR microtel that is across the street. We are headed there in November, trying to see some Christmas stuff. We like your reviews btw. :-)
I really like staying at the Microtel in Gatlinburg. Great location, room isn’t very large, but it has always been very clean and the location is fantastic.
So if you only have time to hit one or two, which would you recommend?
I would go to the combo of Old Forge & Tennessee Shine Co. Free tastings, nearby each other and you get a lot of samples
@@IntheLoopPodcast Thanks! I'm planning a trip next month. : )
Great breakdown video. Off topic question. When is that flying theater you mentioned set to open?
This summer (no date set yet)
@@IntheLoopPodcast ok. Hoping before mid July when we are going
I'm from Europe and planning to do a little U.S. roadtrip next year. Would y'all recommend to visit Tennessee at all? And if yes, which parts of it?
I love Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, my favorite part of Tennessee, would definitely recommend if you can work it in a roadtrip. Memphis has a world class zoo
Yes pegion forge
Awesome video! Sampling at Junction 35 is $5 not $10 though!
Do you have to use coupon same day or can you stack for several days
At Ole Smokey you can stack up to two. At sugarlands you can stack as many as you want. Both you can stack from different days.
@@IntheLoopPodcast thank you
are there any bus tours that take you round the distilleries?
Not that I am aware of, but there should be
We got a 153 proof moonshine now at ole smoky come on an getcha sum lol
I saw that online, must be some rough stuff
And this is officer Johnson we met him not long After leaving that last distillery
??
I live relatively close to that area, And that is the problem unless you have a designated driver. Most of the time we just get a Room in Gatlinburg and hit all of those. Generally speaking it's not a good idea to mix the wine tastings and the moonshine tastings, At least not If you are riding in my car.
We filmed this one over the course over 4 days, with some days me drinking & Molly driving and some vice versa. Also stayed in walking distance for the Gatlinburg locations
We're glad you liked it and we enjoy your video. The moonshine industry really revitalize that area. You might check back, Sugar Land's an old smokey's sometimes have Events Where you can meet some of the people from the TV show moonshiners . As well as concerts.
Remember the krampus theme on this channel

Who else is drunk???? (it's 1030am i am not drunk lol)
Pls don’t drink too much
Charging me 5 dollars for a sample was not right. They didn’t say come in for a 5 dollar shot they said come in for a sample which has always been free.
They changed the laws in the city of Gatlinburg and now the distilleries are required to charge for the tastings.
I'm not being sarcastic when i say it was nice to see the Pigeon Forge bartenders not wearing masks...
You said Appalachian wrong.
My mistake
@@IntheLoopPodcast No problem I've done the walk in Gatlinburg many times, I remember when they were all free and the second ole smokey place was called Davy Crocketts.
Have you guys gotten covid yet?
No
@@IntheLoopPodcast wowza! You got some good genes!😄😄
