For sure when it becomes 12 midnight as year 2025 entered, it was a rainy weather in our home in southern tagalog (4A CALABARZON) so we're sure that it was also rainy in Metro Manila and other cities across NCR. Hindi nagpatalo ang mga fireworks sa sama ng panahon na kahit malakas pa ang ulan, nagpasiklaban sila ng different lights sa heaven and continuously provided noise. HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and still nice presentation here in the Philippines....
Its not only in Metro Manila but the whole Philippines is celebrating New Years eve like crazy with all noise producing items like fireworks, motors,car honking, trumpets, pots and pans that can create loud noises as tradition to drive away bad spirits and bad luck and to usher a prosperous and bountiful New Year to all!!! You should have seen those fireworks display decades ago when it starts at 6 pm and last till morning!!! Now it's tame due to restrictions and high cost of living. Happy Happy New Year!!!!

Mas humina nga yan e noong 1990s nag sisimula ang putukan ng 10pm to 2am, kaya marami ang mamamatay napuputulan ng kamay at mga ligaw na Bala, at marami ring sunog.
Kahit nung nakaraang mga dekada pa. Taga probinsya kami, dito sa Western Visayas. Yung parents kong parehong senior citizen na, nagkwento na nung bata pa sila, mas grabe yung mga firecrackers noon. The next day daw sobrang daming mga wrappers ng lusis at firecrackers na nagkalat at amoy pulbora ang simoy ng hangin. Naabutan ko rin nung bata ako dito sa probinsya namin nung 90's. October pa lang may mga nagpapaputok na. Malayong-malayo sa ngayon.

Ang lamang lng sa panahon ngaun ay lalong gumagarbo at colorful ang mga fireworks ngaun....at dami ng nakakaafford ng mga fireworks... Normally it starts 11 pm and ends 1 am. Continues on in a smaller scale till 2 or 3 😊

Mas humina nga yan e noong 1990s nag sisimula ang putukan ng 10pm to 2am, kaya marami ang mamamatay napuputulan ng kamay at mga ligaw na Bala, at marami ring sunog.
Kahit nung nakaraang mga dekada pa. Taga probinsya kami, dito sa Western Visayas. Yung parents kong parehong senior citizen na, nagkwento na nung bata pa sila, mas grabe yung mga firecrackers noon. The next day daw sobrang daming mga wrappers ng lusis at firecrackers na nagkalat at amoy pulbora ang simoy ng hangin. Naabutan ko rin nung bata ako dito sa probinsya namin nung 90's. October pa lang may mga nagpapaputok na. Malayong-malayo sa ngayon.

@@najgarcia410totoo poh talaga yan..... 80's bata pah kami nun..sa marikina kami... 8pm pah lng takot ng ibyahe mga sasakyan nila sa kalsada dhl madadale kah talaga ng mga paputok... Kht mga tao hirap nah maglakad kung saan saan..... At 12:30 midnight nag uumpisa nah kami mamulot ng mga paputok nah hnd pumutok... inaabot kami hanggang 4am pamumulot kung saan saan... Pero 4am dami prn mga nagpapaputok..... At kinabukasan makikita sa balita sa tv daming mga naputukan halos mapuno mga ospital dhl sa mga naputukan... Tapos sobrang kapal ng usok sa kalangitan.. 2 -3 days bago mawala ung kapal ng usok sa kalangitan....
Ang lamang lng sa panahon ngaun ay lalong gumagarbo at colorful ang mga fireworks ngaun....at dami ng nakakaafford ng mga fireworks...
Malamang kaya mahirap nah ibalik ung dati ay dhl nga sa halos mapuno ang mga ospital sa dami ng mga napuputukan nun.... Karamihan kc ngaun ay mga legal nah mga paputok....
