I feel like I'm missing something. Theyve done the usual approach of adding stats so the hero is better than its predecessor. However, if Binary doesnt get 5 free pulses at the round start like Nelle does at level 5 plus 10% less damage per pulse added, then its a lot less damage overall than Nelle no? At Level 7 Binary obviously would outperform, but I question it at level 5. Feels like a mistake or something.

I can equip straight away with a L5. I have also followed your advice and put Marv first, followed by Quily then Nelle (or Binary). Marc has Magnetic runes, so makes sense - thanks for all your advice. I look forward to watching the tests.
You use magnetic runes on marv? thought you wanna use dmg increase and decrease other than pistol+armor slot. Runes only recently open my server, so im still bit out what runes you wanna each hero
@@affi6064 You want Damage runes wherever you can get them, but with magnets it helps damage out if you have more heroes throwing them. Each gets the augmented damage from Nelle. So its probably strongest to have a rune that adds them on each here, and a rune that improves them especially on Nelle, but Quily too.
Dear Andrew , for now , I don’t see a difference between Nelle and binary at lvl 5. At lvl 7 , it’s another story. I will test binary vs nelle far accurate this time , as I will unlock her to be able to use HT, gear , runes , formations , etc
here’s why: I use Marv in position 1 in the hero line, equipped with a Magnetic Field Rune (which I’ve levelled up), she also has Titan equipment pre-loaded with DMG + and - plus the unbreakable rune which adds a third round of indestructible buff at 18%. The reason I’ve equipped Marv with the Magnetic Field Rune, also put her in P1 is because she adds 30% magnetic pulses to 1 random target every time she procs. When Nelle procs, she targets magnetic targets. As the last in the hero line Nelle, after Quily (who also adds magnetic pulses - his passive skill) prioritises magnetic pulse targets. Nelle also has the All-Out-Surge rune, the hero triggers again, which hits additional magnetic pulse targets which then triggers all pulses on targets. It’s a long answer, but I hope a fuller answer as to why I equipped Marv with Magnetic Filed rune. I’m looking forward to reviewing the new hero Binary which will likely replace Nelle.
It seems that rivernoobgame reduces triggerrates of old heros and changed impact of march size. I JUST saw some fight reports where an vip14 MM army WITH 80! March more , lost vs an mediocre navy vip11 CE player. Both had around 3300% atk/hp and similar dmg/def. The navy guy had a bit newer hero. So they not only add new hero with slightly better stats but they reduce power of older hero.... the same they did with maximo

Kinda happy now i wasnt able get enought skill shards get my nelle to e5.. so thank god i got almoust that 1800 shard saved, so close get this new one straight 5 star and e5.

Yes buddy. That’s the point for lvl 5 it’s super balanced vs nelle . Lvl 7 , looks like binary may be better

If you don’t have nelle , yes Binary is worth it for the magnetic pulse meta : marvi (or an indestructible buffing hero) + Quilly + Binary
