- Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by my channel. I hope you enjoy todays tutorial where we put a new spin on a classic and simple macrame coaster. I love this pattern and it creates the criss cross in between knots. You could use it many other ways, including on wall hangings, bags and more!

This pattern was so easy to follow! I used four different colors and it looks really cool. Love how it turned out. If you’re beginner, I suggest getting a macrame foam board. It helped me a lot holding the middle cords in place. ☺️💖

I’ve never done macrame but would love to try this. What size dowel and how is it mounted? Thx!
The size of the dowel doesn’t matter. But this was about half an inch think.

You can make feathers or leaves from the extra cord instead of discarding it!
