This is a really good looking blade...I'm not a pocket knife expert, maybe there are closer and better models, but this is what I can call a pocket bowie.
I'm usually not into the black blades, but there was just something about the murdered out one that got me on that Relative so that's what I went for on the pre-order. If you didn't see they are only offering Magnacut on the bronze accent version, all others will be 20CV, something to do with the supplier being unable to import any more magnacut beyond what was already in the factory.

My first Emp EDC was the Thick Boy flips open and drops shut right out of the box. I I 4 different Nymble’s. I do like that blade shape on the Relative
So glad you compared it to the Nymble! Your hands are so small it made it seem deceptively large and they Nymble is way to small for me so this likely will land right at the “small as I want to go” side for me 👍 got to find this makers that show is large hand reviewers love 🖐️
I like the knife. Looks like it would be pretty ergonomic and I love the milling on the scales. Not really sure if I like the blade shape or not. Mainly it's the way the tanto tip comes down pretty far but it looks like that tip could be sharpened out fairly easily to just make it a compound grind but without the tanto tip.
Lefty schmefty. I love my murdered out relative and Zircuti clip. I have number 007. But I really really like that all ti version.. wish I had both.. it looks the best probably out of them all
